Bought a ADS-500 from this place. It shipped it quicker than i expected. The product didn't come with a manual but when i asked the friendly phone operator pointed me to their site which had the manual on there. All in all a pretty good experience.

I ordered an evaporative cooler from www.air-n-water.com.  I was going to use expedited delivery (I needed it ASAP), but I didn't have to - shipping was so fast! My NewAir evaporative cooler works great, no problems at all.  

I liked the website, but the swamp cooler I recieved did nothing! I had to pay to get it to me, ship it back, and then they wanted a 15% restocking fee. They were not helpful at all when I told them that this product the NewAir 330 "Editor's Choice" was nothing more than a piece of crap. Sorry but I am ticked off at them, and have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau- DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THEM.

I purchased a wine cooler the other day and it came just as planned. The packaging was a little damaged, I think it sprinkled or rain or something but one can't be too picky I guess...especially if it did nothing to the actual unit. Enjoying my glass right now. No problems here. Thanks!

would not shop here again,ordered two dehumidifiers and neither one worked as advertised.now having lots of runaround and trouble getting my money back.this has been happening for the passed 3 to 4 weeks.and still trying to get it straited out.

I received the dehumidifier I ordered online in about a week. It was not packed for shipping--there was only a little piece of styrofoam at the top and bottom of the unit and none on the sides. The box was crushed in on one side. I should have refused delivery if I'd had my wits about me. Of course, the thing just didn't work. In order to return an item, you have to use the form on their website and obtain a number for a return authorization. I'm still waiting after almost a month.
I've finally disputed the charge through American Express in the hope of getting some of my money back, but I'm not holding my breath. Telephoning them is useless as well since all you ever get is voice mail.

All I have to say is there are a bunch of useless customer services reps (that's a stretch customer service) working for air-n-water. They keep you on hold for almost a 1/2 hour (hoping you'll hang up i'm sure) when you do get someone they don't know anything. I'm still waiting for a credit to my account as well as a box to be picked up that doesn't belong to me. They didn't spell my name right on the order, they didn't deliver what I ordered, they didn't pick up the item where they were supposed to. They did, however, GET THE CREDIT CARD NUMBER CORRECT AND GOT MY MONEY FOR A PRODUCT THAT I DON'T HAVE. If you order from these people - be afraid, be very afraid.............

Everything was great! After comparing dehumidifiers, I selected product and chose to purchase from Air & Water based on price and prior reviews. I got fast confirmation and shipping info once order was processed. Although it was being shipped from California, I got it that same week! The dehumidifier works great, customer service was amazing, and motivated me to write this review even though it's not something I typically do. Would not hesitate to by from this store again.

Its strange what all people say and what all they sell... but my experience is not bad at all while using a air to water generator (they call it AWG) Atmospheric water generator or something, the difference is i bought it from http://www.airtoh2o.com.au. it works perfectly well gives me upto 23 litres of water(almost)..
the claimns on airtoh2o.com.au are mostly true only...
the best thing is i used their rental option and paying only $19/ week.
They have also put a calculator on their www.airtoh2o.com.au (only after registering as reseller) where you actually come to know how much money you are saving over bottled water. airtoh2o.com.au machines can help you save upto $5000 a year... well as per their calculator...
i have not calculated that part yet but the machine is really good... specially here where it is too humid.... this airtoh2o.com.au water generator gives better generation of water from air under high humidity conditions and also dehumidifies the room.. (kind of)

product is good and actually generates water from air.

Ordered a refurbished unit. It came damaged and with missing pieces. Customer service won't issue an RMA - they direct you to the website - have submitted multiple requests, but no response. The phone is continually busy so you can't reach them live either. I'm stuck with a piece of junk.

I recommend you shop elsewhere - the customer service here is beyond abysmal.

Air & Water is an excellent retailer! They have one of the best customer service levels in the industry. Unfortunately, the unit I ordered was out of stock, but they quickly took action and offered me a similar unit as a replacement. You can’t beat the low prices and most of the time shipping they offer free which is also an incentive.  Shipping was quick, communication is outstanding, Prices are low. Would recommend to anyone! They are DEFINITELY a company to trust and support.

I needed a new AC quick. Called Air & water and was able to ship it overnight. Customer service was helpful and it was delivered as promised.
