Amazing Clubs was one of the better shopping experience I've had online. My gift order was delivered promptly, the customer service was exceptional, and my Mom loves her membership in the wine of the month club! 5 STARS!

Easy ordering, lousy customer service.

My wife got me a 3-shipment Beer of the Month Club subscription for my birthday. Ordering was very easy, but customer service has been impossible to get a hold of. I haven't been happy with either of the two shipments received thus far but nobody from Amazing Clubs returns my phone calls or emails.
Their website states "We want your experience with us to be something youll tell your friends about." Believe me, I will, just not in the way that they has intended.
Update: I finally did get a hold of them and they agreed to issue a refund for only one of the three shipments, despite the fact that I had contacted them via email immediately after the second (couldn't reach anyone by phone, and they claim to have never received the email).
Quoting again from their website: "If you're not happy, we're going to make you happy. In any and every way we can." Baloney.
Final Update: The refund I mentioned above never happened. While I'm not surprised, I was hoping to get back at least a third of the cost of the subscription.

Great Gifts - Great Service

I recently sent my brother and sister gift memberships in the Wine of the Month Club and Beer of the Month Club from Amazing Clubs. The Web site was easy to navigate and when I called their toll-free number, their service was excellent. Best of all, my gifts were well received. Both recipients told me it was their favorite gift in years. I'll definitely shop with Amazing Clubs in the future.

Desert of the Month Club: They charge $32/month for deserts that you could pick up at your local bakery for half the cost and better quality. Absolutely not worth it. Avoid this scam.
