WHY DID THEY USE THE WRONG CREDIT CARD? WHY DOES IT SAY FREE SHIPPING OVER $25.OO AND IT DOESN'T HAPPEN? THE HELP DEPARTMENT WASN'T TOO BAD. SHIPPING AND HANDLING IS OUT OF BOUNDS.
