Order placed 10/17/09.  Got two quick replies about order received and to expect a tracking shipment email soon.  As of 10/28/09, no further communications have been received.  The product ordered is a non-pool related product, that I think they are passing through to a 2nd retailer to service.  No notices of a back order or out of stock.  I have sent a note to their customer service on 10/28/09 to shake the tree.  I'll update when I get a reply.

I will admit, if it seems too good to be true, it was! I saw a Tigershark Pool Cleaner pictured with a cart for $699.99 with a rather confusing description accompanying it on their site. Not being sure what was included I asked their "Live Help" line and was told that the order would be as pictured, so I jumped on it and placed my order.

Needless to say, it was not as pictured and not even the same product. What I received was a commercial style cleaning head that needed a car battery and attached to a skimmer pole. I contacted this merchant immediately in hopes of clearing this up before the 4th of July...... That was in the beginning of June and it is now the middle of July! I offered to pay the difference between what I got and what I though I was ordering and yet this merchant has ignored my Return request.

At this point, I'm done! I want my money back and I will never shop with AQUASUPERSTORE.COM again.

Wish I would have read some of these reviews before ordering a pump 11 days ago that they said was in stock and would ship in 2-3 days.  After 10 days, I emailed them and they said it was not in stock now, and they can't even tell me when it will be!  So, in order to prepare to cancel my order and find a pump somewhere else I googled the pump information and found that they are trying to sell the exact same 'out of stock' pump on eBay!!   So am going to cancel my order and if like a couple other reviewers, have difficulty getting the order cancelled and my money refunded, I will turn it over to my credit card company to deal with them.

I placed an order.  They advertise and tout next day shipping.  It has been 6 days and my tracking order says "billing info received"  That means it has not shipped.  Customer support is minimal and very hard to get to.  Their support tickets go unanswered.  The live chat is wortlhess.  They can't help.  I will not order from them again and if I can get any friggin support, I would cancel this order but I can't even seem to do that.  Overall:  Poor company. It is just a bunch of web hype with little to no results. Apparently this is not a "real" business.

If your a pool owner, bookmark Aquasuperestore! They are very helpful, offer low prices, and receive tracking information quickly. Thats something you cant say about them other Rinky Dink Pool Stores who dont even pick up their phones or even offer Live Chat support. They also send me coupons for being a repeat customer!

ordered, got charged, promised shipment within several days.  I asked for tracking number twice.  now exactly 3 weeks later - they refuse to ship and are avoiding me.  had to call and dispute the charge with credit card company.

on 12-22-08 I ordered a yard fountain and 2 weeks later when I received it it was nothing as pictured and less than half the size as stated.  The one I was sent belonged on a desk it was so small- I could have bought it at the dollar store. Very dissapointed with customer service when I called to ask where my 400.00 dollar fountain was.  I was on hold for over a half hour and got transfered 3 times! My credit card finally showed a refund over a week later and they refused to pay the shipping cost to ship the fountain I received back

Huge selection of products to choose from, lower prices than I can find in our local stores,  when I called customer service, the rep was friendly and answered my questions.

I stumble upon Aquasuperstore's website a few years ago through a Bizrate search while shopping for a Pool cleaner, gave them a call and their customer service was very friendly and knowledgable when recommending a cleaner for my needs. The transaction was painless, my order shipped out the very next morning. I have been shopping with them ever since. What I love the most is their low prices of course...even when I found an item cheaper somewhere else I simply called them and they not only matched the price but beat it. I dont even bother with my local pool store anymore because Aqua beats their prices even when you count in the shipping costs, PLUS they actually want to help you. I couldnt really ask for more.  All-Around great store.

This place has a great site, lots of products and cheapest pricing. What else is there to say.

I will come back for all of my backyard needs.

All I can say is wow. They have such a wide varity of items and easy ways to find excatly what I was looking for. The lowest price I was able to find online. Had to contact customer serivce once, and the person was very helpful in answering my question. I will definitly be back for a safty cover and back in the spring when the hot weather comes back.
