Aromaleigh offers the best value in mineral makeup, hands down! Aromaleigh has opened a whole new world of color and options for me. The mineral makeup is great, I have sensitive/dry skin and can't wear traditional foundation. The range of color and selection is great. The customer service has always been speedy and friendly. I've been a repeat customer for almost a year and a half now, and I have no plans of going elsewhere for my mineral makeup needs. The products are exactly what I've always wanted to find in makeup!

I have tried to find other brands beside BE which I thought was pretty dull and boring. I came to find AL had the best formulation for a great price. Other brands were a bit clumpy and not as milled but AL glides on easily. They ship extremely fast, packaged prettily, with a friendly note to boot. They also have a very friendly forum for any questions and the owner seems really down to earth as well :) Also such a hugeee variety of colors! Better than those other boring mineral brands.

Aromaleigh is the best out there. I ordered samples many times before plunging in and buying full sized products, so I DO understand their return policy. I had every opportunity before-hand to find the EXACT match I needed. Orders have always arrived promptly, except during Holiday times (which is obviously understandable). I have also posted concerns and some things I have had problems with on the forum, and have never been kicked off or given an 'attitude'.
I applaud Aromaleigh (AND Kristen) for sticking to her guns, doing what she loves and does best, and not giving in to others mis-guided and narrow-minded opinions and biases.
Aromaleigh is a wonderful company, and I am glad I finally found the PERFECT mineral make up.
Their color choices are superb, from Ghost (white foundation) to the darkest of shades, it is impossible NOT to find the perfect match.
The eye shadows and pure hues are simply breath-taking. So many colors to play with. From lip-balms to eyeshadows, Aromaleigh offers everything you'd ever need to make yourself up any way you want.
I have and will tell any and everyone what an amazing company this truly is.

I've been a loyal Aromaleigh customer for over 5 years. Yes, I've tried other mineral makeup and do have quite a selection of various mineral makeup, but I always come back and purchase Aromaleigh. It's always been my favorite for a lot of reasons. The customer service is professional. The products are stellar. And the forum they operate is full of warm, friendly women. And that's just a few reasons. Aromaleigh is also very innovative and they try to offer products to reach the full spectrum of women's wants and desires in mineral makeup and a little traditional makeup too.

I really appreciate this company more than words can describe.

I've been an Aromaleigh customer for over four years and LOVE this company! Lightning fast service, excellent selection, a fantastic sampling program, and amazing quality! Aromaleigh offers three formulas (Voile - light coverage, Glissade - medium coverage, and Pure Cover for concealing). Reasonably priced samples are available for customers to determine colors before purchasing a full sized product, and free shipping is available on "samples only" orders. They offer an enormous selection of colors in foundation, blush, and eyeshadows. If you want to be a little adventurous and aren't a "mineral purist", the ROCKS! line offers intense colors that use some FD&C colors, some of which are even blacklight reactive if you're into the club scene! Aromaleigh is constantly working to stay at the front of the rapidly growing mineral makeup business.

I've never had any customer service problems with Aromaleigh, and I've made many, many orders over the last four years. A fabulous company with fabulous products.

I find their site very easy to navigate and eyeshadow swatches are very helpful when choosing products (the newest product have swatches). I also love the fact that it is possible to order samples of almost anything and the samples are very reasonably priced! Samples are also very generous in size. You even get 3 free eye shadow samples with your order. 

They have always answered to my questions by email. The owner constantly tries to make the company even better and listens to the customers.

I absolutely LOVE Aromaleighs products! I have tried over a hundred of eye shadows and there are only a few I do not absolutely love :D Aromaleigh has also mini sizes of face products, that just great!

Delivery is very fast, even to Europe. It is possible to have insurance to international orders and the insurance is very cheap. I really like that!

Speedy delivery and a wide range of moderately priced mineral makeup options ... BUT  ... their customer service leaves VERY much to be desired.  Quibbles about what constitutes an item that can be returned as opposed to what cannot because it is offered in sample size abound, and the policy seems to change daily or at least on the whim of whomever at AL one is discussing the matter with. It's, overall, a not very professionally run organization and one that makes a consumer feel iffy about returning to.

I have been using AL for 4 years now and never once have i had a problem. I have recommended AL to friends who have switched from BE and love AL also. You can not beat the price and quality of the products.

I'll keep this short...makeup is okay, nothing special, but the customer service is just plain bad. Aromaleigh owner can really lay out a negative attitude if you ask a question they don't like or don't want to answer.

Any sort of problem or complaint will be met with a serious attitude.  There are lots of mineral companies out there, and I sure don't need this type of "customer service" if I do have an issue arise.  The products were just so-so, and higher priced than some other brands that have incredible (and I mean INCREDIBLE) customer service such as The She Space.com.  The shipping might be fast.....but be ready to rumble if your order has a problem.  Will not be shopping here again.

Customer service/satisfaction is in the toilet! I ordered lip gloss that wouldn't dispense properly (it is a twist type of dispenser, as you twist it is supposed to dispense the gloss onto the attached brush) Either nothing would come out (after many, many twists) or it would come out all at once wasting the gloss. The following quote was my reply from Aromaleigh.

" You can get a small plastic jar and dispense all the product into the jar so that you can apply it with a separate lip brush.
We appreciate the fact that the new packaging is difficult for you and your daughter to work with. I am sorry that we will be unable to accept a return on these lipglosses."

Very bad return policy, they refused to acknowledge a defective product.

When I posted a question on their forum asking if anyone else was having a problem with these lip gloss applicators I was suspended from the forum.

Shopping at Aromaleigh is a true joy, in every imaginable way. From amazing customer service, quick shipping and beautiful packaging to the beautiful quality of the products, every single thing is top notch.

A generous sampling program allows you to try nearly every single formula and shade before committing to a full size. This is very freeing, since you can experiment with colors and textures you generally don't gravitate toward.

And the customer forum is astounding - never have I had such wonderful, generous suggestions, friendly compliments and genuine support online. The forum is definitely worth checking out.

Overall, Aromaleigh is the benchmark by which I judge ALL other online vendors, large and small. Gotta say, some measure up, others don't (Nordstrom, for example, is on my "don't bother shopping" list, since their online service is in no way equivalent to their in store service).

Absolutely the best online shopping experience you could want.  I shop online alot, and Aromaleigh is one of the best online experiences you can get.  Fast shipping, top notch quality products, and great support! 

This company has BEAUTIFUL formulas and colors - I'm going broke from all the orders I place!  Out of the *nine* orders I've placed so far (I really need to be stopped, but I don't wanna be!), there hasn't been one that has been incorrect, or late, or that I haven't loved. 

The staff is fantastic, the products are high quality for low cost. I've never even seen color selections like this from the heavy-hitters like Bare Escentuals, Estee Lauder or MAC. And since I started using this stuff?  I can't remember the last time I set foot into a Sephora or gone to a makeup counter - there's no need to, this little indy company has everything you could want. I'm totally satisfied! 

The last question that Epinions asks in these reviews is if we'd recommend this product to a friend, and to that I can honestly answer - you bet I would, and I already have.  To several friends.  Everyone should know about this great company!

I ordered both pure powder and pure cover. As apparently I needed both (there isn't enough coverage with pure powder, and you aren't supposed to use pure cover alone...so you are stuck buying 2 products, and mixing yourself.

There were several mix-ups with my order, and they did not seem very flexible when it came to correcting them. Although I will say that the response to my emails was always prompt.

When I finally did receive my order the product was very dry and cakey looking. I struggled on trying to find the perfect technique and the perfect blend. When my face started breaking out I gave up, and dumped the whole lot in the trash.

If you want to spend waaaay to much, on something that doesn't look that great aromaleigh is for you.

From the customer service to the quality of products, Aromaleigh offers amazing products at affordable prices. Simply put, they create the best mineral makeup eye shadows that come in an exciting array of long-wearing, vibrant colors.  My favorite are the special eye color collections.  These are coveted, stunningly harmonious shades that are offered for a limited time.  The colors you see in the jars are what you get--there isn't any color fading!!  Their synthetic makeup brushes are first class and overall, every order is shipped fast and with a personal touch.  For any mineral makeup lover, you need to try their stuff!

Aromaleigh has very good products. I do however think that the customer service is flat out bad.When I have a issue that I need to contact either of the two girls (Oliva or Amy) I always feel like all I got was attitude. I felt like I was bothering them if I questioned the first response. Almost like being yelled at. I do think Kristen is very talented and like I said I really like her products, but last time I received something that I thought was incorrect I didn't even bother to email customer service, just didn't want to be bothered with the attitudes. Honestly I think if Kristen looked over some of the emails from her staff to customers, she wouldn't be pleased. And thats really too bad for her, because thier attitudes make her look bad and over-shadow her talent.

Aromaleigh's products are the best I've ever tried. Not only was I able to find a perfect match for my skin tone (which is very difficult since I'm fair but yellow), but the products feel super light and don't make me break out. They don't cause me to look heavily made-up - just like I have porcelain skin. The blushes are shimmery and pretty and the Pure Hue shadows are amazing. Great products - and a fraction of the cost of Bare Minerals. I could never go back to liquid drugstore foundation after using these products for a year.

The staff is friendly and even put handwritten thank yous on the invoice when the order is shipped. The turnaround time is a little slow, but that's only because each order is blended at the time of ordering. They'll also send you free samples of eye color and lip color just for ordering.

I recommend that everyone wear mineral makeup instead of liquids - natural sunblock, non-comedegenic and a perfect look.

I have ordered numerous times from Aromaleigh.  Every time the order has been correct, extremely fast, and wonderful products.  I don't understand where any negativity would come in.  I love the colors!

I've used Bare Minerals and other types of "mineral" make up and really have loved the way they work on my skin. I stumbled upon Aromaleigh cosmetics and decided to take a chance. I mean - why not - the prices are great and they seemed very customer oriented. So I just got my order last week and WOW! I will never go back to any other mineral makeup! This really is the best coverage and wonderful colors! The shipment was so fast and the free samples they included; even though they looked very sparse, went a very long way in color and coverage and sealed my decision to be back for more.

Aromaleigh provides excellent service, lightning-speed delivery, and fantastic products.  While it is primarily a mineral makeup company, Aromaleigh has branched out into offering some skin care and non-mineral makeups in order to provide an amazing variety of choices for customers.  Whether you're a mineral purist or a color junkie trying to stay on the cutting edge, give AL a try! 

I've enjoyed Aromaleigh's products for the past eight years; they're the only make-up brand I wear regularly and the only one I recommend to people. I've used their products with pleasure; though I'm not fond of their wild eye shadow ranges, I appreciate their existence and have made them frequent gifts for friends who enjoy color play. 

However, I have faced repeated troubles with Aromaleigh's customer service, often for minor things. Aromaleigh has on many occasions misunderstood what I have written to them in plain, concise English (even after stating things twice, in a different manner, in order to ease comprehension) because they have expected an angry customer reply.

The small team beyond Aromaleigh obviously put a lot of heart and time into their products, and for that they should be commended. However, they should not immediately assume that any response to them is automatically done in anger. 

I ordered Aromaleigh exclusively for about two years now. I love their product. However, they will never, ever receive another order from me. Their customer service is poor. They always seem put out by emails and while they respond fast enough, it's never very friendly. I also don't like the way the owner feels she is attacked by honest reviews. It's ridiculous and very off putting. She can't take any criticism and always gets defensive when the truth is being put in a review. It's like she's trying to gag her costumers who have had a bad experience. Everyone has a right to their opinions. Any attempt to silence these opinions is absolutely wrong. I'm sorry she feels like people are slandering her and spreading lies. But honestly, they're spreading the truth and she just doesn't like it. She lost my business and a lot of others I know of. Unfortunately, she doesn't see that there is a problem with her behavior, nor does she care that she's losing a few customers. Therefore, I don't think she needs my business and I will be taking it elsewhere.
