I ordered a Zojirushi rice cooker on 24 February and received the cooker on 1 March. This is amazingly good service.

The shipping was free and Asiachi.com had by far the best price on the cooker.

I recommend this merchant very highly and would buy there again.

I ordered two set of gaiwans (teacup), they sent me the wrong one. I wrote several emails to them, but they just ignored my emails. No explaination, no sorry at all.
They claimed that they would take care the order within 3 business days, but they delayed 1 weeks before sending out the merchandise.
I tried to call them but only message I heard is "the memory is full".

In overall, this store doesn't care of the customers at all. Very ba experience.

Very good price on a Zojirushi rice cooker (best price I found, especially because of free shipping offer and a $10 coupon prominently featured on the website, but there were a few others very close in price); very securely packed; very fast response (received within 3 days of ordering). One quibble: although I fairly promptly received a confirmation of my order, I received the message that might have provided tracking details AFTER I received the actual package (at best it got here while I was at work on the third day, whereas the package was waiting for me when I got home from work, before I saw the email).

But now that I am completely confident I can trust them, this seems to me a minor issue. I would certainly buy from them again.

Exactly as ordered, shipped promptly. Since my order included breakable items, the packaging was excellent and the items all protected very well. I was very very pleased.

It seemed to me ,they used Bait and switch on me. This company advertised a hand crank flashlight at their website 10 for $49.99. After I paid for 20 , seller turned around to say they do not have the product in stock and have refunded my money.That was a lie.
Visiting their website again, I saw they have the product and have changed the product color and increased the price.

My credit company informed me that the seller have not released a hold they have on money. I do not have the product and I do not have my money at this time.

Fast delivery and customer service was very kind in helping my questions. Products are well wrapped and in good conditions. They even gave me a tracking number to see the updates daily.
