I ordered a dash trim kit. It took 3 weeks to get. When I did get it, it was the wrong one. I am sure I ordered the one with a certain item but the merchant says no. Yet, I reviewed the diagram of the various kits BEFORE placing the order. It is now a week later and I still can't get an RMA number or an answer to my question: "Will an exchange take another 3 weeks?" Customer service is very slow in responding to emails, they take about two days to respond and then the response is incomplete so you have to write back again. I would never have ordered from them if I knew there service was so poor. The item seems OK but I need to cover one spot on my dash damaged by a mechanic yet they are is so slow it's painful.
I bought some rotors from AutoAnything. This is how I recieved them. They had no packing paper protecting the rotors, as a result over 25 percent of the zinc coating had been beat off the front of the rotors from bouncing around during shipping, bonus. Then, the front and rear rotors were even packaged wrong. I pulled out the front driver side rotor from the box as it was labeled, put the rotor on and what do ya know, grooves are going the wrong way. Couldn't even package a product right, diasspointing. Spent almost $700 with this company, will never get my business again.

They do not stock much. Items were drop shipped from the manufacturer. Floors mats were not as advertised. The color match was terrible. The "custom fit" was not. Poor quality product at a high price. The return process is terrible. It took them 1 week to respond to my request for an R/A number. They have been very slow to issue my credit. Items were returned over a week ago, they still have not credited my credit card.
Sent me the wrong part plain and simple. However they claimed it was the right part and it was necessary for me to take photos and email them to autoanything in order to return the part. The photos were then sent to the manufacturer of the part who confirmed it was the wrong part. Then it took a week of numerous emails and phone calls to get a return label. The part was returned to the manufacturer (autoanything doesn't stock items). Have yet to receive a credit to my account. Am told the item must go through a final inspection from the manufacturer before I will receive actual credit. Will give it a couple more days and then contact my credit card company. Its been three weeks so far. Absolutely the worst online company I have dealt with. Out of all the auto companies online, I am sorry I picked them. Will never shop there again...

I bought an Extang Trifecta Tonneau from Autoanything despite the negative reviews on this site. They had the lowest price, so I figured I'd give them a shot! A day after my order was placed, I noticed that the cover had gone on sale for 10% off. I called them up and asked for a price adjustment, they credited my card $39 on the spot!
The shipping was fast and my order arrived in excellent condition.
I noticed most of the negative reviews on here are older, it seems like these guys have made the necessary adjustments to their business; I'd order from them again in a heartbeat!
I search for weeks to find the best prices on K&N air filters for my 2 cars and AutoAnything had by far the lowest prices on the web. To top that off, I ordered on a Wednesday and they were on my desk by friday morning!
Finding the product was easy and checkout was just the same. For a week, I kept the 2 items in my shopping cart and they were there each time I opened the page.
This had to be one of the best online buying experiences I have ever had!
Will Agree with the previous review. It is absolutely painful to try and return anything to these folks. They want you to take pictures wait to hear from the manufacturer etc. Not worth the little money you might save.

They will not pricematch Amazon.com. They said they will not price match sites like eBAY, Craigslist, and AMAZON. Also stated they were a club site, and I could not get the product for the price shown. Well I did, and had no problems with Amazon's order, even received it in a couple days faster then past orders with AutoAnything.
The Customer Service rep was also more concerned with leaving work on time than trying to help me. Told me he would have to wait until tomorrow that he got off work in 10 minutes and didn't have time to look at the webpage. Then transfered me to his superviser that would not pice match....

Site is good to find the part. so are the customer service email u receive and also they send out ton. of apologizes, discount coupons or even credits everytime you complain about it.
But the big problem here is the Shipping process. it is a total nightmare!!. So slow. These folks do not have any idea when your order will be shipped out since they do not stock items. Everything is shipped out by the diferent Manufacturers.
They will send to you wrong Tracking numbers. Probably the parts you get would be the wrong ones who wont match your car/truck. Etc. Avoid them as a plague.!!

Do not trust these jokers. I placed an order waited 10 days, was told a number of times item would be shipped the next day. Got tired of that lie, so I canceled my order. It took at least 10 phone calls, many emails and 3 incremental refunds to finally get my credit card refunded. I will never shop with these people again. Their customer service is awfull. I was wary buying from AutoAnything due to 'iffy' reviews I read. Their price for Hella FF50's was too good to pass up, though, and with free shipping thrown in, I feel I took a chance with them. I'm glad I did. My order was promptly processed - I placed my order on Friday evening and received my lights via FedEx the following Wednesday. I am very satisfied with my experience with AutoAnything and will not hesitate to recommend them to friends.

AutoAnything has terrible customer service. They wouldn't accept a return of an unopened item that I purchased for a friend's birthday because 30 days had passed. The item wouldn't fit in his car, so it's useless to him. It was an UNOPENED item, but instead of allowing the return, Roy McCord replied to my email by pasting their return policy. Of course, any company can make an exception to an internal policy when that policy doesn't make sense-- say, to offer good customer service-- but not AutoAnything. When pointed out that the item was unopened, and the policy wasn't sensible, Mr. McCord simply ignored me. Terrible service.

Call center (located in a another country)refused to refund the sales tax that I paid on a purchase return because "it already went to the government". The call center obviously doesn't know how sales tax work IN THE UNITED STATES and I keep getting the run around. Autoanything advertised a COMPLETE front end bra for my truck.Upon receiving it i discovered there was no bumper cover,just a thin hood strip and two partial fender flaps.No real front end coverage at all.
Every other online company selling front end bras for my model truck clearly indicated "no bumper cover".Autoanythings listing did not.i was happy to find one complete front end bra,seeing I have bumper damage.
I returned the bra.They told me the refund should be on the next statement for three months.I called again the representative told me the warehouse was two months behind in processing returns.Finally I insisted on an immediate refund or I would contact BBB and do a chargeback on my card. Then he asked that I wait just two more weeks(STALLING FOR MORE TIME).

The first part of Dec. 2005, I placed an order for seat covers and received them in a timely manner. However, they were not the right ones for my make and model. When I called them to let them know that they had sent the wrong item, they told me to return them and that I should put the shipping charges receipt inside the package as well so that they can reimburse me for their mistake. I did that. Then after a few weeks and not receiving the shipping reimbursement, I contacted them about this and finally after several emails and phone calls to them, I was told that a check was going out that day to me, then a few days later it wasn't, and then the rep told me that he was going to see what he could do to get my money back to me since they were the ones in error and that they had already told me they would refund my shipping charges.
To this day, no word from them and no check. I will not do business with this company again. Their word means nothing - and all for a mere $17.25.

Don't buy from AutoAnthing their customer service is the absolute worst I have ever worked with. They sent me the wrong True Flow cold air intake it took ten days to get a R M A I had to call every day during that period and each Representative dropped the ball. Once they received the notification the cold air intake was sent back I had to call back three more times because they forgot to process the paperwork to send out the correct item. Once I received the correct cold air intake it was defective, and the run around process started again AutoAnthing had me contact the manufacture and the BS goes on.....It has been 35 days and counting since I placed my order and I have not heard about the replacement part. In an economy like this it will not be long for clowns like these to be on the street and the world will be a less stressfull place.

I ordered several items from AutoAnything in July. Two of the items (Gibson exhaust and Jet Mass Air Flow Sensor) arrived within a week. The third part (K&N 77 series intake) was back ordered. AutoAnything indicated that they were having "problems" with that component from K&N. August 17th (at the advice from an AutoAnything rep) I cancelled the order and ordered an AEM part and was told that it was, "in stock and will ship tomorrow." It's September 9th and I have been informed, "Your item is expected to ship by 9/12/2005. Please allow an additional 2-5 business days for delivery." How is this possible for an "in stock" item?
I wish I would have received my product as fast as AutoAnything took my money. Promised to ship in 2-3 weeks and now it's 8 weeks later and still waiting on it. At least I finally got a tracking number so it should be here in a few more days. They were friendly and helpful but blamed it on the manufacturer who I also talked to. It was indeed the manufacturers fault (Reds Beds) but that doesn't make me any happier. It was ordered on Aug 21 and finally shipped on Oct 8 due to what they say was downtime in the shop for re-tooling. You would think after making me wait 7 weeks they could have at least did overnight shipping or 2-3 day shipping. Was supposed to ship UPS but instead shipped general freight with some unknown (to me) carrier who dropped it at another carrier who then dropped it at yet another carrier. Plain stupid if you ask me. I will not buy from Auto Anything again nor would I ever think about recommending them or Reds Beds to anyone. The only upside is after enough complaining AA gave me 5% back on my cc.

They lie to get the sale. Then 2 days latter they place the order only to find its on Backorder or dicountinued with the manufacture. Then they will not cancel your order but make you wait a long time to get your credit from their mistake. Dont bother placing your order here there are much better online retailers that deserve customers. Call them and they are begging you to buy from them then your at their mercy.
Bought an intake, exhaust, and programmer for my '07 F-150. I chose them because they have pretty decent prices and free ground shipping. I learned that you get what you pay for. The programmer shipped overnight and all was fine. I had to return the intake and get a different one because their website is incorrect. So I had to pay to ship it back and wait another week for my part. The exhaust was promised to be shipped by a certain date. When I checked the status on that date, I found out that the part was on backorder and would take another week. I even called autoanything about the mistake on the intake so that they could update their website and to date, they still haven't changed it! Sure they might save a couple of $$$ but it isn't worth the hassle.

I bought brake rotors and pads from Autoanything. The pads (Hawk pads) were flawed and ruined the rotors within 1500 miles. Autoanything would not honor the warranty for these items and made me deal directly with the manufacturers. And because the pads came from a different manufacturer than the rotors, the pad manufacturer was not inclined to replace the rotors and neither was Autoanythng. I will never buy again from them. They don't stand behind what they sell.

Well it did not and now they want me to pay the return shipping and also charge me 60.00 in a restocking fee. The item did not even come from their warehouse it came directly from Dee Zee. They say they make returns easy, well if this is what they call easy I would hate to have a hard return.

BUYER BEWARE OF AUTOANYTHING.COM I had ordered a cargo protection liner, another similar type liner for my husband and a "cargo mate" for myself. That's when the nightmare began. They sent me a $22.95 electric blanket by mistake. When I notified them of their error, they wouldn't issue a credit until they received the blanket back. The cargo mate was $44.95 so they proceeded to double bill me again for this cargo mate of $90.00. So now, I've paid for this cargo mate 3 times plus the $300.00 + for the 1st cargo liner. After talking to 4 different people at the company, I got a different answer every time, a different promise, always broken, and the lies of the morons at the top became longer and longer. It is still unresolved. When you see this website, do yourself a favor. JUST SAY NO!!!
I tried to order a radar detector on line, and their software doesn't work with the Macintosh.
I have been trying to reach the company by phone for the past two hours, and all I keep getting is an annoying recording which tells me to press two for sales. I do that, and then it goes back to the same recording, telling me to press two.
I am still waiting on an order (Volant CAI) to ship that I placed on June 30th, 2009... It is now July 22, 2009 and I have not gotten any kind of shipping notification. I do all of my shopping online and I have never had a worst experience with an online retailer.
I've been emailing their Customer Service and after taking about a day and a half to respond to my emails, they send me the same response and i quote, "The intake you have ordered takes a little longer to manufacturer than most other parts."
Now call me crazy, but If Volant takes 3 weeks to make 1 Cold Air Intake I'm pretty sure they would not be in business anymore.. therefore AutoAnything is the problem. I will NEVER purchase from them again and STRONGLY advise you not to waste your time and/or money.

I ordered a True Flow foam air filter for my 2.4L Japanese pickup, they sent one for the 3.0L 6 cylinder model. They admitted their mistake and sent me a return authorization number but won't send me the return label. I keep calling them and they keep saying they're gonna send it, its been two weeks and 6 telephone calls later and still no return label. All they have to do is email it, takes about 2 minutes tops.

I ordered a tonneau cover for a Nissan Frontier with a 5' bed. No problem.
15 days later I received a cover for a Toyota Tundra 6'5" bed.
I tried to replace it before leaving on a vacation and was told it had to be custom made and they would not be able to help me within 9 days time.
...3 days and 4 phone calls later, I'm still waiting for the return information so I can get a credit.
Went to a local distrubutor today and they will have my tonneau cover tomorrow (same brand - Extang) - and for less money.
I just seem to be out $425.00 because nobody will return my phone calls.

I purchased floor mats through AutoAnything for my new car. They did not fit my new car. They were not even close. Then I was asked to take a photo to show they did not fit - proving they had not even checked that what they sell fit. Thank god, I did not order brake pads!! Then they made me pay for the return shipping. I was credited my money but not the $30+ for shipping. It was therefore a huge hastle to order, install, uninstall, repackage, label and go to the UPS store, and then pay $30 for the experience. I still do not have mats.
I think it is fair to say that I did buy floor liners two years ago that worked fine. Disappointed today.

When I tried to track some (I think shipped by fed-ex)of the shipments, the web page still said it had been forwarded to the fulfillment center, when I know it had shipped because I received it and it still said the same thing. Others shipped by UPS were easy to track, infact the last shipment showed out for delivery the day I received it and after I got it from the driver I checked the status and it showed delivered right afterwards. Over all I was VERY pleased with the prompt service and the info. I received when I called to check on the color of the floor mats.

I purchased a grille from the company, which was the wrong one. I returned the product with ease, but using the phone to get the proper directions on the return was horrible. I waited on the phone for over 10 minutes and that was on the second attempt. Once I received the direction on how to return the item is when I found out that the product was directly from the manufacturer. So why should I use Autoanything when I could go directly to the manufacturer and skip the middle man? The product I ordered was for a 2005 vehicle. When the package arrived at my home, it was clearly marked on the box for a 2000-2003 vehicle. How someone could miss that mistake is beyond me. So now I am almost 3 weeks from the time I ordered the product, receiving the wrong one, and now waiting on getting my credit back on to my credit card. In all honesty, this has been a pretty disappointing experience with the company. Read more

AutoAnything did not supply tracking numbers with the shipper for me to check the status of the shipment. I called several times and each time the wait for a person to answer the phone was inordinately long. On each of my calls I waited a minimum of 10-15 minutes and wasn't able to keep holding.

When I received the K & N air intake the end of it was bent up. Instead of sending it back and waitng days for another one for I decided to bent it out myself. If I did buy this product at a local store I would of returned it and gotten another.
I am still waiting on the Billet grille. I ordered this product from your company approxiamately 2 weeks ago. With your tracking system it states the product was to be shipped the next day, turns out it shipped about a week and half later. Your company was supposed to ship this to me 2 day mail, but its been 3 days since the product has been shipped and I still DO NOT have my merchandise.
The customer service reps are very nice and all say very sorry for all the delays, but they are not helping to get the merchandise to me as indicated in the first e-mail that was sent telling when my the products would be at the door.
Your first response regarding the product delivery needs to be more accurate and your customer service reps need to be more helpful and less apologetic. Read more

The Husky Floor liner did not fit my car and I had to call Autoanything. The first person I spoke to said he would have to call the manufacturer to ask about the liner and said he would call me back but he never did. An order placed on the 25th of June will have taken three weeks to arrive. It was shipped almost a week after the listed ship date. Only after a phone call to AutoAnything and another phone call to the vendor AutoAnything was going through, was the order even started on. This delayed the shipment and will cause the product to be unavailable to me for a road trip starting on the morning of the 15th of July.
Phone technician I spoke with, Simon, was very helpful in getting the order started, but was unware of why it took Extang (vendor) so long to begin my order. Simon verbally indicated the product would ship on Monday, the 11th of July, but the vendor delayed shipment for whatever reason until the 12th of July. This puts the delivery date ON the 15th,and I will not be able to install the product for use at that time.
I believe the product delivery problems are an indication of problems that will also permeate the construction process of the product I ordered. I believe there will be faults with the vendor's construction of the product. I expect to find the product below standards and I am preparing to ship it back if it is poorly made. This is the expectation I have after such a poor service experience. Had everything gone as indicated on AutoAnything's website, I would be enjoying my product and its use right now.
The AutoAnything website layout and use is outstanding and the service rendered by Simon was a bright spot in an otherwise patience trying experience, but with everything considered, I would not shop from AutoAnything again unless concessions were made to better compensate the loss of time.

I am an international buyer. I am based in Mexico city and this is the second time that I purchase a similar article from you. This second time the employee told me that only 500.00 USD for international orders were accepted. I think this is ridiculous. I might purchase somewhere else next time. Also, the delivery time is incredible. I placed my order on 6/11/05 and the expected delivery time for this product is 8/26/05 which is around 75 days, to be delivered in LAREDO, TX????

The sun visor was broken. I contacted AutoAnything three times about returning it. I was told I would receive a return authorization but I haven't received it yet. I've bought a few items from AutoAnything, but, with the problems I'm having with returning the visor, I will not buy from them again. Noticed that the seal on this cover wasn't a one piece seal as shown on the picture. I had an older version of this cover and it has a one piece neopreme (sp??) seal instead of 4 individual pieces of foam. Don't like this set up as well. May leak in the future. I didn't like the order status page because it seemed to never be updated. I had to make a phone call to Auto Anything to get a tracking number, where i found that my package was damaged by UPS and was returned to the manufacturer. Their telephone customer service was excellent. While the web site said the shipment could take up to four weeks (per the supplier), we got an e-mail two days after our order saying it was shipping! I have followed my order and the bag & lock was supposed to be shipped on later than the 18th of March. We still haven't received it. I'm concerned that the car cover may have the same result. The car cover is supposed to be shipped no later than the 6th of April allowing for the 5 days as requested by your company that would make your add misleading. The add stated 10-15 days. I realise delays are are a part of life and I'm not to worried about it. I know I will receive a very nice car cover and that is the reason I picked your company over all others. As for the bag and lock I know I will receive it shortly. There again I'm not to worried about it since I have nothing to put in the bag or lock up. As for the information provided for the products I found that aspect very useful when I compaired your cover to others I reserched. I found your prices reasonable and I would use your company again.
