shipping or notice of shipped item could be faster, but I am comparing them to newegg.com which has excellent service when it comes to shipping. Overall, very good merchant.

Have not receive my product as of date. Made the purchase on August 15th, was informed after a follow-up phone call that product will be shipped out hopefully by "tomorrow afternoon". Product should have been here already! Although product is shipped direct from manufacturer not Autoanything, perhaps there can be a quicker turn around for Autoanything orders. Other than that, great website and service you all provide. Telephone/Customer Service support is great.

Product received was wrong one,but was the fault of the manufacturer,not AUTO-ANYTHING.Manufacturer (EXTANG),also was good to deal with.They corrected the error,and sent the correct product with no shipping charges to me.A pleasure doing business with both.

i ordered grille on 8-15, was told was in stock & would ship in 1 or2 days.never recied confirmation so called you only to be lied to by two of you.that it shipped only to find later that it had never left the supplier until 9 days from time of order.i asked for maneger to get involved, never happened,the assoc.finnally covered each others tracks,did recieve order 12 days after order.on the same day i ordered from your competitor ,recieved aspromised.so guess who i will order from next time.my son was going to order the same grille but now not from you thanks for great hassle i recieved
