It was very quick and easy to order on there website. There was no need to make any calls for address issues or any other inconvenients. They provided the fedex website and tracking number of the item that was ordered in one e-mail.

They should explain that 2 day shipping means from the time that the manufacturer ships not from the time the order is processed.

The small wheel on my mouse caused me to accidentally buy the wrong color floormats. They were however very attractive. I have returned them and await a new set that is the right color. I spoke with a service guy and he was helpful and nice. i look forward to the right color mats as I know they will make a fine addition to my pick-up.
