Received the order in very quick time. But the Order Status on the PC was never changed from On Order. When the UPS driver arrived I was not expecting the order, but was very glad of the quick service.

The wrong product was sent after waiting over three weeks for delivery that was promised within 5 days. I re-ordered, and was promised overnight shipping -- the product still has not arrived. I am still waiting for my credit card to be credited for a return from the earlier purchase. I have contested the charges with my credit card company as I am still awaiting refunds.

There were a wide range of products available on the website. The shipping was free for my order and it arrived sooner than I anticipated. When I called customer service, they were very courteous and I didn't need to wait long to speak to a representative.

AutoAnything was fine. However I have never had so much trouble receiving something as I did with UPS. I received two items from FedEx with no problem at all but the UPS was the pits!

I ordered merchandise from AutoAnything and received an e-mail confirming order. Received another e-mail the next day stating that my order was just shipped and stated that I would receive it within 5 working days, the order was at my door on the 2nd day. All merchandise was received and in excellent condition. I wouldn't hesitate to shop with AutoAnything in the future.

Online gave the impression that this item was in stock. Turns out it is custom made and the delivery time is significantly longer than indicated when shopping. I did receive a phone call explaining all this and offering to let me cancel the order.
