I ordered a dash trim kit. It took 3 weeks to get. When I did get it, it was the wrong one. I am sure I ordered the one with a certain item but the merchant says no. Yet, I reviewed the diagram of the various kits BEFORE placing the order. It is now a week later and I still can't get an RMA number or an answer to my question: "Will an exchange take another 3 weeks?" Customer service is very slow in responding to emails, they take about two days to respond and then the response is incomplete so you have to write back again. I would never have ordered from them if I knew there service was so poor. The item seems OK but I need to cover one spot on my dash damaged by a mechanic yet they are is so slow it's painful.
I bought some rotors from AutoAnything. This is how I recieved them. They had no packing paper protecting the rotors, as a result over 25 percent of the zinc coating had been beat off the front of the rotors from bouncing around during shipping, bonus. Then, the front and rear rotors were even packaged wrong. I pulled out the front driver side rotor from the box as it was labeled, put the rotor on and what do ya know, grooves are going the wrong way. Couldn't even package a product right, diasspointing. Spent almost $700 with this company, will never get my business again.

They do not stock much. Items were drop shipped from the manufacturer. Floors mats were not as advertised. The color match was terrible. The "custom fit" was not. Poor quality product at a high price. The return process is terrible. It took them 1 week to respond to my request for an R/A number. They have been very slow to issue my credit. Items were returned over a week ago, they still have not credited my credit card.
Sent me the wrong part plain and simple. However they claimed it was the right part and it was necessary for me to take photos and email them to autoanything in order to return the part. The photos were then sent to the manufacturer of the part who confirmed it was the wrong part. Then it took a week of numerous emails and phone calls to get a return label. The part was returned to the manufacturer (autoanything doesn't stock items). Have yet to receive a credit to my account. Am told the item must go through a final inspection from the manufacturer before I will receive actual credit. Will give it a couple more days and then contact my credit card company. Its been three weeks so far. Absolutely the worst online company I have dealt with. Out of all the auto companies online, I am sorry I picked them. Will never shop there again...
Will Agree with the previous review. It is absolutely painful to try and return anything to these folks. They want you to take pictures wait to hear from the manufacturer etc. Not worth the little money you might save.

I purchased floor mats through AutoAnything for my new car. They did not fit my new car. They were not even close. Then I was asked to take a photo to show they did not fit - proving they had not even checked that what they sell fit. Thank god, I did not order brake pads!! Then they made me pay for the return shipping. I was credited my money but not the $30+ for shipping. It was therefore a huge hastle to order, install, uninstall, repackage, label and go to the UPS store, and then pay $30 for the experience. I still do not have mats.
I think it is fair to say that I did buy floor liners two years ago that worked fine. Disappointed today.

I bought an Extang Trifecta Tonneau from Autoanything despite the negative reviews on this site. They had the lowest price, so I figured I'd give them a shot! A day after my order was placed, I noticed that the cover had gone on sale for 10% off. I called them up and asked for a price adjustment, they credited my card $39 on the spot!
The shipping was fast and my order arrived in excellent condition.
I noticed most of the negative reviews on here are older, it seems like these guys have made the necessary adjustments to their business; I'd order from them again in a heartbeat!
I search for weeks to find the best prices on K&N air filters for my 2 cars and AutoAnything had by far the lowest prices on the web. To top that off, I ordered on a Wednesday and they were on my desk by friday morning!
Finding the product was easy and checkout was just the same. For a week, I kept the 2 items in my shopping cart and they were there each time I opened the page.
This had to be one of the best online buying experiences I have ever had!
