I found the best prices from Auto Anything when looking to purchase a K&N air filter. I appreciated the emails letting me know when the order was received and when my item was shipped. I actually turned my motor head brothers on to this site also!

Noticed that the seal on this cover wasn't a one piece seal as shown on the picture. I had an older version of this cover and it has a one piece neopreme (sp??) seal instead of 4 individual pieces of foam. Don't like this set up as well. May leak in the future. Your picture should be updated to reflect this change.

I didn't like the order status page because it seemed to never be updated. I had to make a phone call to Auto Anything to get a tracking number, where i found that my package was damaged by UPS and was returned to the manufacturer. I know this is of no fault of Auto Anything and the support i got from Simon was great.

Their telephone customer service was excellent. While the web site said the shipment could take up to four weeks (per the supplier), we got an e-mail two days after our order saying it was shipping! Our order arrived one or two days later, in perfect condition, nicely packaged. All around an excellent shopping experience. We were uncertain which item to buy and their customer service department was VERY helpful. Great merchant!

I have followed my order and the bag & lock was supposed to be shipped on later than the 18th of March. We still haven't received it. I'm concerned that the car cover may have the same result. The car cover is supposed to be shipped no later than the 6th of April allowing for the 5 days as requested by your company that would make your add misleading. The add stated 10-15 days. I realise delays are are a part of life and I'm not to worried about it. I know I will receive a very nice car cover and that is the reason I picked your company over all others. As for the bag and lock I know I will receive it shortly. There again I'm not to worried about it since I have nothing to put in the bag or lock up. As for the information provided for the products I found that aspect very useful when I compaired your cover to others I reserched. I found your prices reasonable and I would use your company again. Thank you.

the item was returend for refund, the rep said a credit was issued, 6 days past and no credit is issued to my credit card account, i am hopinig the will issue a refund.
