First car cover didn't fit car. AutoAnything "Vendor" admitted having problems with that supplier. Vendor provided shipping label & I shipped it back. I ordered cover from different supplier online. After 1.5 weeks I checked order online: said no record of order. Called vendor, vendor said cover being made, ready in 1-2 weeks. Hard to reach vendor rep on phone, calls often dropped after long wait. Online help useless. Much improvement needed.

Original order was backordered until year end, yet the website showed it in stock. Only a follow up email on my part revealed the error. The item was removed from the web. I ordered a substitute product and it was delivered and I am satisfied. My refund on the original item required another follow up email before it was posted to my credit card. Despite all this I would give them one more chance.

I had ordered a similar product from another company in May. Every two weeks, on the expected ship date, it was pushed back another two weeks. After two months it was pushed back four months! Needless to say, I canceled that order and went back to AutoAnything. My order arrived within ten days.

when i placed my order it said the product was in stock, after i paid for it it said it was on back order. i had to wait an extra week for it but it was acceptable, i have no complaints. thank you

I did a lot of shopping around, and found the floor mats I order to be cheaper from AutoAnything. I was able to take advantage of the free shipping, which also helped in the price.

shopping was easy.payment was simple.one year lowest price guarantee is reassuring, especially with the 20.00 discount I received. I know no one will sell this product for less in the next year as I comparison shopped and found the best price here... THEN received a discount. Buy with confidence.
