The only problem that I had in this exchange was that the item that I wanted was not able to be gotten because there was no one watching the prduct line to see if they had any. I didn't fine out until it was already a week later and I planned my vacation on the delieve schedule which was not happening anymore. I'm a very busy man and time is lots of money so this is now put me in a difficult place on installing something else that is not what I wanted in the first place.

I tried to contact them for more detailed tracking instructions and received a auto-gen reply that my request had been received and an answer would be forthcoming. I never got a response from my inquiry. Their order tracking is horrific. This will be my last visit.

It was guick, easy and painless. I identified the item I wanted, ordered it, paid with my credit card and was done. It arrived sooner than promiced, and fit perfictly. The price was reasonable. What more can you ask or hope for these days.

This merchant is tops in product quality and customer service!!!! I forgot to use my Ebates account for an additional $2.50 off and they allowed me to cancel and replace my order using Ebates - Excellent - over and above!!!!!

Don't know if I just missed where it was written but I didn't see exactly what carrier was going to be used to ship my order. Said item usually ships the next day but not an estimation on how much time taken for shipping.
