Found that the website provided very accurate pictures of the product which helped in my selection. The website had a good variety of floormats to choose from. I have purchased products from this website and will continue to use it in the future.

No complaints, merchandise as advertised and it was here before I thought it would be, The only problem I had was finding out when it was going to be shipped,,I was expecting a preshipment notice from Fedex but it arrived
sooner than I thought.

When I tried to track some (I think shipped by fed-ex)of the shipments, the web page still said it had been forwarded to the fulfillment center, when I know it had shipped because I received it and it still said the same thing. Others shipped by UPS were easy to track, infact the last shipment showed out for delivery the day I received it and after I got it from the driver I checked the status and it showed delivered right afterwards. Over all I was VERY pleased with the prompt service and the info. I received when I called to check on the color of the floor mats.

I purchased a grille from the company, which was the wrong one. I returned the product with ease, but using the phone to get the proper directions on the return was horrible. I waited on the phone for over 10 minutes and that was on the second attempt. Once I received the direction on how to return the item is when I found out that the product was directly from the manufacturer. So why should I use Autoanything when I could go directly to the manufacturer and skip the middle man? The product I ordered was for a 2005 vehicle. When the package arrived at my home, it was clearly marked on the box for a 2000-2003 vehicle. How someone could miss that mistake is beyond me. So now I am almost 3 weeks from the time I ordered the product, receiving the wrong one, and now waiting on getting my credit back on to my credit card. In all honesty, this has been a pretty disappointing experience with the company.

I was especially happy with my purchase of Autoanything firstly because they have very competitive prices. I saved some money by shopping there. I saved even more money when they offered free shipping. I'll spend the money I saved at Autoanything on ridiculously high priced gasoline now, lol.
I'd definately shop as Autoanything again and I'll tell my friends to do the same.
