Their shopping cart not working or after couple of time you have try. Shipping price not know and of you buy product you see the how much they charge to you.

http://www.shopping.com was listed as free shipping. I just shop from AutoIDsavings and I bought $19 bar code accessories and they changed me $25 ground shipping.
I called quickly them to cancel my order. I could get anybody from customer service even I could leave message (Phone just rings no body or message machine opens). Later I called back I left message sales department. They called me back very much later. When I told them to cancel or add new product to avoid shipping. They told me product already shipped.

When I called I got a wonderful sales associate. I do not remember his name, but he was able to help me out with all of my needs. I am based in the U.S. so I was able to get free 2-day shipping! The cost of my item was very low, I got a great deal. I recommend this e-commerce store to everyone.

I needed some batteries for some old Symbol terminals. I called them up and they helped my locate the batteries I needed.

Have brought from AutoIDsavings.com numerous times and would continue to recommend them.  I know that they have the $25.00 fee for orders under $100 but my experience is that they waive it for customers who have purchased multiple times from them if you ask.  I know they have to do it since they have the best prices and need to do it to provide free shipping.

I was looking for a label printer to suit my needs and they helped me pick the right one. Other companies just want the sale but these guys were more interested in finding the right printer no matter what the price.

I have ordered from this store three times for Symbol barcode scanners and zebra printers. Orders were always delivered as promised and the prices were among the best I've seen on the web.

First of all - website error, I'm not able to even add product to cart. First call, friendly people, no idea what they actually have in stock, call back. Forgotten, never called back. 2nd call, friendly, will call back, but I have to buy different printer, they don't know price but will call back. Never called of course. 3rd call - "yes yes, great we might have this printer", but "we have to send you quote on email". Great.... QUOTE? for ONE (1!) printer? Still waiting. How far do I have to push them to buy one printer? It has been over a month already. Forget it.

Able to help recommend some different data terminals for my warehouse. Seems like they knew what they were talking about. Plan on buying from them once everything is budgeted.

Very polite salesperson, but I couldn't buy !! They don't accept Credit Cards out of the U.S. (even though the shipment was to Miami). This is very limited. Internet is global, but some companies keep having local (narrow minded) policies.

I bought a Datamax printer and had problems installing it. They were extremely helpful even after I purchased my printer!

Received product as promised. Fast shipping. Will do business with them again. Had a little trouble in the beginning but they were able to help me out.
