This was the worst shopping experience to date. The company promised we would have the stroller by a certain date and missed it. They would not even return my phone calls. We had our niece in town and needed the stroller. and had to go out and buy the jogger at local store at a much higher price. The company would not return my phone calls and responded through abrupt emails.
Everything went smooth... it was shipped out VERY quick and I had the Phil & TED's E3 stroller (highly recommend) within a week. UPS wasn't so kind to the box and left the doubles seat sitting out on the street. :-/ But that's UPS and have had MANY troubles in the past w/ UPS. Will definitely shop here again.
Update... when I had emailed Baby Bungalow regarding the open package to see if there was the potential for any parts missing, they had an email back to me in 24 hrs.

I like the items offered, had no problems the 1st few times I've ordered and had fast shipping. However, this time I never got the items, called and couldn't speak to any live person. Finally emailed them and they wrote back saying that my items were on back order and would be sent when in or that I could cancel--seemed they could have emailed me w/this info. I waited, and did finally get items one month + later. So, my feelings are mixed I suppose.
So frustrated with this store - I should have taken others advice - wanted to get jogging stroller for husband as Father's Day gift - a week after submitting order, I get an email saying stroller is discontinued, they credited my card, have a nice life. Leaves me no time to order another in time for Father's Day. Would've been nice if the site was accurate (actually could sell you what they advertise) or that it didn't take me a week to tell me that the product was unavailable. In this day and age, don't need to give stores like this business.
I've been to this store many times and I am always glad after I buy something from here. This time I bought some bibs for my new baby and they are very high quality and didn't cost much. I've also bought a cosleeper here before and that actually turned out to be very useful. I cannot wait until I need something for my baby again.

Delivery was made on time as promised. I was dissatisfied with the way they handle customer service. I had made 4 separate phone calls for different reasons (more info on product, make sure item was actually in stock as stated on website, expected delivery date with tracking number...) and each time I had to leave a message and my call was answered about 24 hours later. I had made these calls on different days and times. The only reason that I decided to buy from here was that they were the only store that promised to deliver the item by xmas which was less then 3 weeks away. So I took the chance. It gave me the impression of a small business with the lack of customer service agents and support.

I registered for and received an Arm's Reach CoSleeper from Baby Bungalow (registry on Amazon). I received the item fine but it was not working properly. One of the top bars would not lock in place. So I called them 2x, emailed as well and finally received a response. Here is where the nightmare really starts...
They said that if I shipped it back and the owner can get it to work, they would have to pick up the shipping which they would rather not do....ummm, I read and followed the instructions (in addition to having two ivy league degrees!) and am not a complete novice on baby items either! What kind of legit company would be worried about shipping charges from a dissatisfied customer? So in the end, they referred me to the manufacturer, Arms Reach to see if they can help me. They weren't willing to take any responsibility at all.
In all, pretty crappy customer service and will certainly not buy anything else from them again and will tell all my prego friends.
I was browsing the Baby Bungalow to see if I could find a gift for my daughter for her new son. Then I found a wipe warmer. I've never seen something like sold anywhere so I had to get it. I like the Baby Bungalow particularly because they have unusual products like this.

I compared the prices and not only are Baby Bungalow's prices cheap to begin with but every order over $125 has free shipping. I had the best experience at Baby Bungalow. They had the cheapest price I found on the Arms Reach Cosleeper AND they had every color possible! I had my order within 3 business days and they answered my questions via email promptly. What more could you ask for?
Ordered a co-sleeper from merchant, which finally arrived (after NO communication) approximately three weeks later. When item arrived, box was pristine, but we waited a few weeks before trying to assemble it. As soon as we pulled it out of the box and unfolded it a bit, we could tell one of the bars had been manhandled and bent. Sent the co-sleeper back to the manufacturer for repair (as recommended by Baby Bungalow), who confirmed this kind of damage only comes from someone forcing the parts. Had to pay an additional $40 for repair/shipping. Come to find out from the vendor, they sometimes "re-sell" returned items, which this was one of. Vendor then later states that "UPS must have done it." Classic, eh? I pursued mediation with the vendor to try to get at least part of the extra cost recouped, since it was glaringly obvious that UPS did not damage the item--vendor completely ignored mediation attempts. Since then I've recieved several harassing e-mails from vendor calling me a "loser scammer" and an "idiot." These foolish theives need to be put out of business NOW!!!

Baby Bungalow is my favorite store for baby products. I love their selection of Precious Moments items. This time I bought the Diaper Bag Gift Set. I bought it for my sister who has a new baby. She loves it. This is certainly not the last time I will buy something from here.

The website is very easy to navigate. They often have items that are out of stock in other on-line stores. And the main thing - my first order has arrived the very next day. The second order i placed has arrived in two or three days. I also got e-mails notifying me first about my purchase and then about my order beeing shipped with tracking numbers.

Terrible...I ordered 2 pairs baby boots and then added 2 games to get to free shipping. After 10 days of waiting, excited for the boots to arrive(and one of the games had shipped) they informed me the boots were out of stock. I told them to just forget about the other game and not charge me for shipping. They told me they would refund everything but the game they had shipped and the shipping...and charged me $8 shipping for an $8 game...ridiculous. I'd never shop here again

BUYER BEWARE!!!I ordered a arms reach baby sleeper on the 19th of Sept. which is stated online as in stock and still have not recieved it as of Oct. 10th. They say its not in stock but website says IN STOCK. Last week i was told it would ship early this week and on Wed. after hearing nothing called and e-mailed and have not gotten a response. Of course they already charged me so without them calling back i can't just order from another site. I would never recommend this site, I feel they say out of stock items are in stock to get your money then they do not respond to you when you want to cancel your order. I bought an Arm's Reach mini co-sleeper from Baby Bungalow. They had the best price, the best color selection, and free shipping to boot! My order arrived quickly (within a few days) and everything was as it should be. This was a very easy purchase with very little stress involved.
I had one good experience with baby bungalow about a year ago, they sent my order out same day which was stated on there front page. Since then TWICE I have placed an order with them, called after a week and a half of placing the order and it still hadn't gone out. The first time When I received the package the wrong items were in it, so then I had to wait another week to get the correct items. The second time after waiting 2 weeks they sent me an incomplete order. Needless to say I would not recommend them to a friend or even a stranger. They do not have there stuff together.
I purchased a Baby Bjorn Infant Carrier on November 26 (which was the day before Thanksgiving), to my surprise - I received it only 5 business days later! I would definitely use Baby Bungalow again. I was emailed confirmation of my order immediately and sent tracking information when the item shipped out.

Stay away from this merchant. I ordered an SC900 jogging stroller and they charged my credit card immediately. About five days later I sent an email and called them (you can only leave messages) asking for confirmation that it had actually shipped. No reply. Four days later I called Schwinn and they told me my order would be shipped in 2 months. Baby Bungalow had promised I'd have a tracking number in 7-10 days. I had Schwinn cancel my order and called the credit card company and had them cancel the transaction. Then I called Baby Bungalow and left them a message telling them what I'd done. Voila, I get a call back an hour later. Here's the rude message he left:
"Yeah, hi, this is the Baby Bungalow, we do have SC900's in our warehouse. The manufacturer is out. You're totally wrong, you can try to put us out of business if you like but you won't have your SC900 now, we'll give it to some other customer. Loser."

It has been over three weeks since I ordered and only after numerous inquiries and phone calls did they explain they had not shipped my order because one of the items was out of stock. They promised to ship out immediately, after I said to delete the out-of-stock items. That was over a week ago and have not heard from them since. I will never shop here again. They do not answer the phone, respond to email, or respond to telephone messages.

This store was great. We ordered a mini-cosleeper since they had the best price, no tax, no shipping, plus they had 9 new colors which no other website or local store had. The colors were really the selling point since they had the cutest star print that actually made it look babyish, unlike the standard prints I've seen elsewhere. I placed my order on a Saturday at 2:30am and it arrived on Wednesday morning. I was skeptical after reading some review about poor customer service, but they sent me an e-mail immediately that confirmed my order and another e-mail on Sunday confirming that it had been shipped and they gave me the UPS tracking number. It arrived today in great condition, plus they gave us a free sheet for it, in addition to the ones we ordered. I will definitely buy from them again in the future and recommend them to our friends who need baby products.

I placed an order in March 2007 and received an email confirmation of the order. I waited 10 days but no items arrived. I contacted the company by email but they never responded. I tried reaching them by phone but could only leave a message. No return calls. However they did charge my credit card on the day I placed my order. I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charges. All of a sudden my items arrived on my doorstep and the company was calling and emailing me about cancelling the disputed charges. This was 30 days after I placed the order. I will never order from them again. It is a bad business practice to charge credit cards with out shipping merchandise. They were annoyed with me for filing a dispute with my credit card, but when I asked why it took so long for delivery and why I had not received a status report on my order the conversation was cut short. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company.

I find some relief in discovering that so many other people have had such a lousy experience with BABY BUNGALOW. Good grief. I've ordered and been very happy with nearly hundreds of products from many, many other websites and I have never had such a lousy experience. My original product was not to my liking, so I checked with them before returning it, made sure it was done correctly, etc. They could never confirm that they received my returned product, would not credit my account for 2-3 months and only then, did they inform me I would receive only partial credit for the product. It took weeks for them to return my call and I even threatened to report them to the Better Business Bureau. I am shocked they can stay in business and amazed at their lack of concern. Shame on them. Do not do business with them. Go elsewhere.

I purchased four Nuby No Spill flip-it Straw cups and four Flip-It Sports Sipper Replacement Straw. I didn't realize the replacement straws didn't match my straw cups until I received my package. I called the customer service number and left a message. Two days later I received a call back (luckily) and the woman was really rude to me. She said it was my fault that the straws didn't match, not theirs. I think the web site should be specific about which straws it fits. We went back and forth and I asked to speak to her manager, since we were quibbling over pennies. She said her manager was not there today and would call me back. I doubt I will get a call back. I called Nuby directly and they kindly said they would replace my straws with the correct straws and pay for the shipping. Thank goodness for Nuby and shame on Baby Bungalow.

When I read some of the other reviews for this store, I wonder if they were reviewing the same one I am. Buying from Baby Bungalow was an enjoyable experience. DO NOT USE!!! I was looking on-line for a low priced Baby Bumbo Chair. I came across this website and it seemed to have everything. I placed my order and was charged immediately for my chair. Nine days later I sent an email to ask on the status of my order. I wanted to cancel my order if the product was not on the way. No response. I waited 5 days thinking maybe the chair would show up. No chair, so I called their 800 number. The recording said to email them if you are checking on an order. I emailed again on the status of my order. This time I just got a blank email with no words just a tracking number. I assumed it was for UPS???, but had to search the web myself to find out. My chair showed up the next day in a torn up box. The chair was all dirty and looks used. I am keeping the chair because I do not want to deal with the hassle of this companies poor customer service. Would not ever use again.

Horrific non-existant customer service! Stay away at all costs. They never answer the phone as others have posted. You get the same message everytime stating that if you are getting this message they are dealing with other customers and then you're prompted to leave a message. If you're lucky you'll get a call back in a week. You can email all you want as well & wait a minimum of a week for a reply back. The worst online retailer I have ever purchased from!

Relatively small business but with great customer service & A HUGE SELECTION OF ALMOST EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR BABY, BEST PRICES & FREE shipping if you buy enough! I prefer them over Babies R Us for quality inventory any day! I'm a repeat customer & have had to return items, but was not charged a 20% restocking fee. They do have a 20% restocking fee for returns that involve a "change of mind" as a policy, but I had a return for item that had been somewhat misrepresented in photos by the manufacturer. Although it was the manufacturer's fault, not Baby Bungalow, I did get a full refund. Voice mails & e-mails promptly returned.
My experience here was better than I thought it would be judging by what other people have written about it. I had no problems. I ordered a car seat and it arrived very quickly. I almost got one from wal mart but I'm glad I didn't.
I purchased a couple bottle sets from Baby Bungalow and not only are they priced fairly but they are good quality. This store is different in a good way.

I had a terrible experience with Baby Bungalow. I ordered two sunscreen sticks -- one arrived broken, both had expired (the expiration date is clearly marked on the bottom of the tube). My phone calls to the company were ignored, and my emails were returned marked "undeliverable". I had to call my credit card company to contest the charge.

Ordered over $1000 in products(including a baby crib) for a baby I'm expecting any moment with the expectation that it would be delivered in the 3-10 business days they promised on their confirmation email. After the 10 days, I called and left a message on their service and emailed them and received no answer. Another review suggested calling (603) 225-2551 and I finally got somebody on the phone. When I asked about my order she told me that she already had turned her computer off. When I complained, she checked on the order and said it should arrive within 5 days. I asked her why I wasn't informed of the delay and she said she would throw in an extra crib sheet for the inconvenience. We shall see if it comes...

We set up a registry with Baby Bungalow and unfortunately it was the worst experience EVER! There is a dis-connect between the website and the registry site so that items that were ordered by our friends didn't come on time for our baby shower even though they were ordered far enough in advance. On top of that our registry was deleted when Felicite (the registry host) went out of business. We never received any notification from Baby Bungalow and they did absolutely nothing to help us transfer our registry or let us know what our options were. When I emailed to complain they were rude about it and not at all apologetic. I'm very disappointed that the service was so bad because other than that they have a nice website and good prices.

They are still advertising it as "in stock" and the only consolation they provided was I could either keep the bag or have UPS come out and pick it up. I have yet to hear of a refund. If you need a baby item GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
A friend bought us a present from here. We already had one so we sent it back to exchange for some other items. Months passed and we never received them. I finally got in contact with somebody there (which is difficult - they never answer the phone, and rarely answer email or phone messages) who told us to order the items again. Weeks have passed and we have not received anything. I'm not sure whether they're crooked or merely disorganized... either way, I would never order from them again.

I needed to buy a jogging stroller for my 2 year old son for the summer. After finding this site on Google I searched their large selection of strollers and ended up buying a Schwinn. I am very pleased with the product and this store!
After reading some of the other reviews on Epinions about this store I was relieved after having purchased a cosleeper from them with no problems. I purchased it on Tuesday 4/18 and got it Friday 4/21. Couldn't be happier with them.
HORRIBLE customer service! They substituted something different for the item I ordered (second time they have done this), without my permission, and then were rude and argumentative regarding my reasons for not wanting the item THEY deemed good enough! They ARE taking the item back, but good customer service does not involve someone else deciding what you want to do with your money, nor does it involve having to take the time to explain that to someone who, by her own admission, has never even seen the two items to compare. An apology for doing something this unprofessional would also have been nice, but given the unprofessional bent of the rest of the emails, I guess it was too much to expect. On the other hand, I can say that I did get my incorrect item quickly!
After inspecting some other online baby stores I decided to shop here. I can now say that I'm glad I did choose this one. Mainly because of their low prices.
I've shopped here a couple times and it is a pretty good store. I order my (cheap) item, get my tracking number the same day, and receive it a few days later.

I placed a order for a Jupiter Booster Baby seat on November 24th and received no e-mail confirming the order was placed, so i e-mailed them twice with no response and called there 800 number with no response, If this is the the way they do business they won't be in business long!I have to wait till December 18th to dispute it with my CC but i plan on doing just that and going elsewhere for the booster seat, so if you want no customer service at all shop with them!
EDIT: I received the seat on Dec 4th but i still would not do further business with them just for the lack of e-mail and phone responses as that very frustrating not knowing whether the item was shipped or not.
After how pleasant an experience I had buying from the Baby Bungalow I almost feel obligated to write them a good review. Let me just say, you won't be disappointed with this store.

I am glad I found Baby Bungalow. I have found no other site that carries Baby Bjorn's complete line of baby products. I wasn't particularly going to buy anything when I first visited but after seeing their selection I had to buy the active carrier. I received my carrier in a very short amount of time. When I got it I couldn't wait to unpack it and try it on. To make a long story short I absolutely love it!
Whatever you do, do not buy from this store!!! They have a phone, but for some reason nobody ever answers it, you have to leave a message and hope someone calls you back. If a product is backordered- they do not tell you, and you have to wait 10 days before someone will talk to you about your order. If your product arrives damaged- they claim they are not responsible- the manufacturer is- and make you chase after them- and of course they claim it is Baby Bungalows responsibility. Then you get to spend more time leaving messages for Baby Bungalow. God forbid you want to return something- they charge a restocking fee! Do not waste your time!!!!!

I ordered a double jogging stroller on Sunday and got it in the mail by the end of the week! Shipping was surprisingly fast for an item that large. I also got the soft console so that I would have a place to put my water, keys, etc. I received that the following week since it was back ordered. It was still in the 10 business day time period though. Cheap prices!!!!! No Shipping (over a certain dollar amount) or tax. Highly recommended!!!!

Baby Bungalow was the only place that had everything I was looking for. With free shipping and no sales tax to boot. I was nervous after reading the negative reviews here, but I ordered at 10 AM on Tuesday and received my package at 1:30 PM the NEXT DAY. I did not pay for expedited delivery. 27 hours! My order was correct and complete. I would not hesitate to use them again.
There really aren't that many all-encompassing baby stores around. Out of the ones that are around I would have to say Baby Bungalow is about as good as it gets.
I like this store because it has a lot of small miscellaneous parts that you can't find at some other stores. I bought some of them for my breast pump (which I bought from here a year ago). You get the whole package with this store.

I have bought from several online baby stores and this is just as good as any of them. Bought some small products and I am pleased with them. I saw some of the other bad reviews of this store but I disagree with them. I guess some people are more inclined to write a review if they are displeased with their experience.

I ordered the Svan high chair and pad, plus a few other small items. I was sent an e-mail saying that the order was shipping and to be delivered on the 16th of March...Ha...3 phone calls and an e-mail later and no high chair, no response, no nothing!!!
If I conducted business the same way, I would have no customers...evidently the Epinions swing so high and low that Baby Bungalow can't get it together with any type of consistency...I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN...

I went to this store after a friend referred me to it only to find out that it was better than she described! The prices are unbelievable! I wonder how they make a profit.

After buying from this store for 2 years I feel compelled to tell others how great a store it is. As with any store there will be problems sometimes. I have found that what sets Baby Bungalow apart is how they deal with them.
After reading the bad reviews on Epinions I almost didn't buy from here. I'm glad I did though! I don't know what happened to those people who gave it bad reviews but I can't say enough about BB!
Baby Bungalow is a pretty decent store. They're not Amazon.com but then again give them some time. After buying from them I wouldn't be surprised if they do turn out to be the next Amazon.

After extensive research for the best price on a Britax Companion carseat base, I settled on Baby Bungalow. Great price and extremely reasonable shipping charges. I placed my order and the entire transaction was simple and smooth. My order was confirmed and shipped the following day. I received shipping and tracking information promptly. I recently placed an order on Baby Bungalow to purchase a Bumbo baby seat and stroller accessories. The experience was very bad and disappointing.
1. Before delivery: I wrote an email to info@babybungalow.com to correct an error with my order. There was NO response from them at all.
2. Shipment: when shipment arrived, I found that they sent the WRONG item. I immediately called its customer service number (1-866-7-my-baby) and left messages three times. But I receive NO reply at all. Then I sent an email again to them. Still, they simply don't reply.
3. Product quality: When I opened the box of the Bumbo seat, I found several scratches on it. It seemed obviously a used or returned product. I, again, called and email Baby Bungalow. Again, NO response so far.

I ordered from Baby Bungalow and was a little worried because of all the bad reviews about them. I had to give them a try because their prices were the best I found on-line. I have to say that I had no problem with them at all. In fact, I would definitely order from them again. I placed an order last week and it arrived at my doorstep today. Ordering on-line was easy. It's a shame that other people have had bad experiences with them.

I have TWO little boys and ordered TWO twilight turtles for them for Christmas from my grandmother. It is December 21, I have just received my order with ONE turtle in it and cannot get anyone on the phone to talk to or to reply to my e-mail. Now my 80 year old grandmother will have to get out to buy one of the boys a present because although we were charged for BOTH turtles, it was incorrectly shipped. Very nice- they eagerly took my order and money, but not so eager to fix their mistake. Completely unsatisfied- order somewhere else unless you have a lot of time to fix their mistake.

I used to love this store until recently. I received a shipment of lotions/creams that was FROZEN. I salvaged what I could and contacted them for replacement of the remainder (which was only 2 of 10 items). I had to repeatedly contact them regarding either replacement or a refund. I have yet to see either (2 months later). I will never use them again - VERY poor customer service. I have switched to another vendor for my Calidou products.
Great selection, fast shipping, good prices, nice website, great people, very professional, I could go on but there is a limit to the number of words I can write.

I ordered a bunch of bibs from this store as a Christmas gift and I needed them in a hurry. Thanks to the great people that work there, I got my bibs just in time. If they treat all of their customers like this one might wonder how these people make money when they go to such great lengths to please the customer. I'll definitely be going back here again.

Take my warning: Don't browse through this store or you might buy everything here! After comparing the prices on this site to several other sites I found that the Bungalow's prices are consistently cheaper. The prices are usually so much lower here that you get the urge to buy everything because of how good a deal everything is! Great e-store!
It is my opinion that the Baby Bungalow is a quality store. I have shopped at many online baby stores and for some reason I just like this one the best. Quick shipping, nice products, and a well done website. Can't go wrong.

An online retailer is only as good as its return policy and Baby Bungalow's is horrid. I accidentally ordered two rails to go with one highchair. These items were not on sale and no promotions were involved. Because I was unable to return the extra rail still in its original packaging within 30 days, I have no recourse. I can't even get a store credit. Meanwhile, the website continues to sell the exact rail that I am trying to return.
This type of hard core return policy is short-sited and doesn't gain any customer loyalty. I am buying my stroller from Babies R Us.

I ordered a Britax Marathon from Baby Bungalow, which their website showed was in stock. Four days later I received an email saying that the item was out of stock and I would be refunded. It was annoying to have to order from another company. Baby Bungalow needs to keep their website updated better and have more prompt customer service.
AWFUL... that's about all I can say. We placed an order for a Sunshine Kids Radian 65 car seat (which we love) on May 5, which was shown as "IN STOCK". Free UPS Ground shipping was included. Our card was charged on May 6 and UPS shipment notice sent on May 7 with a delivery date of May 14. I thought all was good... but oh was I wrong.
May 16 comes along and we're getting very close to leaving on our vacation and still no carseat to safely seat our 3-yr-old on our 2000 mile cross-country journey.
I called, left a message and demanded that the car seat be shipped overnight to get to us in time for our vacation. Had they actually shipped the product when they charged our AmEx, we would have been just fine.
All I got from them this morning was a terse email saying they have cancelled our order. Come on! Step up and provide real customer service! By cancelling the order, we get the double-stiff and still don't have a carseat!
If you are considering a purchase from BabyBungalow.com... re-consider! They are a poor excuse for an online retailer.

After searching all over the web for a Whisper Wear Pump, I decided I would order from Baby Bungalow, they had free shipping and overall the cheapest price.
It has been five weeks since I placed my order, they immediately charged my Credit Card but I have not received any order # or anything. I have left messages with them, I have emailed them all with no response. At this point I don't know if I will ever get my money back or my pump. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN and I urge all buyers to BEWARE and STAY AWAY.
