My barcode printer went down late Friday afternoon, and I needed to find a replacement fast. I was able to quickly find the printer I needed on Barcode Giant's web site, and the actual purchase was one of the easiest I've made online. I thought it was going to be a long night at the office, but I was able get this problem resolved and look forward to my weekend. Thanks.

I have used Barcode Giant for years now and without fail they deliver right on time every time. I feel their prices are the lowest and they have the most knowledgeable and helpful sales staff available. Their execution is flawless and should be a model for all retailers. I bought a zebra z4m printer from the barcode giant along with an extra printhead. Later the same day one of their customer service guys called me to ask if I had bought the print head on purpose, as the one I bought was not the right one for the zebra printer I bought. He corrected it for me and I still got my order at the expected shipping date. This was great service and without it I really could have been in a jam. Great service Bar Code Giant!

Abosolute horrible customer service.  Received an item DOA and have been trying for a couple months to return it with no feedback or acknowledgement from the company.  This is the worst transaction I have ever been involved with in my many years of being in business.  Watch out for this company! 

Ordered this scanner from them three weeks ago. Supposed to get free two-day shipping. What they neglected to tell me is that they couldn't get the product and that it would ship two days from the time they could get it. Words cannot describe how angry I am. It took an act of congress to cancel the order so I could place with a different company.

I recently bought a Metrologic scanner from this store. I was very pleased with the way the Barcode Giant store was set up, which made the products easy to find. The prices were lower than other stores I looked at online, at least for the item I bought. Right away I got an e-mail confirmation and the next morning I got my UPS tracking number. Very handy!

This company advertises a "Low Price Guarantee" (http://www.barcodegiant.com/customerservice/priceguarantee.htm), but refuses to honor it. I was told that because the price in question was too low, that they would not honor their guarantee. The guarantee page does list four exceptions to the policy, but nowhere does it say that they won't honor a price if it is simply too low.

When I questioned this on my original call yesterday, the person I spoke to took my name and phone number, and promised to have a manager call me today. When the call never came, I called back myself and talked to the manager. He said (paraphrasing) 'I'll match the price, but I'll charge you $190 for shipping.' (On an item that typically costs ~$35 to ship.)

When a company refuses to honor an unambiguous policy that is very clearly stated on their own website, it makes me very skeptical about doing business with them. I would not trust this company, and will not order from them.

I would NOT buy from this company but if you do be sure that your order is 100% correct.  They will not allow returns without charging you even more.
