Battery Values

First off---I'm a very skeptical person (when it comes to ordering on the internet), so I wanted to read some reviews on a company I'd never done business with before.
I couldn't believe all the good reviews I read about "Battery Values" when I first came to Epinions---I figured somebody from their company (with a lot of time on their hands) probably wrote the majority of reviews---
Heck maybe they did---who knows???
BUT I went ahead and ordered from them anyway, and sure enough everything everybody else said was true. The ease of ordering went smoothly and I got what I ordered--no problems. I ordered it late Saturday night, and I got it in Thursdays mail. (They processed it Monday, being closed on Sunday)
I called them during the week because I had a couple questions---no voicemail, a human to talk to---that's refreshing!
NO SHIPPING AND HANDLING!!! YAY!! That's a great feature anywhere.
I definitely will order batteries from them again.
PS The camcorder battery works great!

I ordered from this place on vacation in hopes that it would come the next day (Saturday) with my overnight shipping and Saturday delivery. It did not come, we stayed an extra day to wait, then found out that it was out of stock. I have been waiting for it because I changed my order to come to my house. It still has not come. I just called to ask about it and now its "held up in customs..."

I'm very displeased and will NOT shop here again. Hope this helps anyone else that is thinking of shopping here. It will be a big mistake.

Update (one month after purchase): I'm finally receiving what I purchased tomorrow. I was told my shipping was refunded as a courtesy. They switched it to ground which was free anyway. If I knew that, I would have kept the overnight the way I payed for it. Assuming all the items work. I'll be using my camera tomorrow finally. I'm very displeased and will NEVER buy from these people again.

My experience with these guys was excellent. On-time delivery, helpful service, and the lowest prices I could find. I would highly recommend them!

The service from this site was great. I was hesitant to order from this site initially but the cell phone battery I ordered was delivered on time at 30% the price charged by my phone manufacturer. I will definitely recommend this site.
