Lost delivery - no answer from BeautyBridge service

I ordered from Germany for more than $300. The order was shipped with USPS on on 02/01/08. BeautyBridge provided me a custom label.
The delivery never arrived in Berlin. USPS say: No such custom label.
BeautyBridge service does not reply to emails.

Unprofessional and rude

I placed an order on the phone (Friday morning) and asked for Priority Shipping (extra money) because I wanted to get my order quickly. Since shipping was with USPS I assumed the order would go out on Saturday. The representative did NOT tell me that they didn't process orders on Saturday. It is now Wednesday following my order and still no product. I sent an inquiry email and the responses were RUDE. Customer service with this company is a joke. I wouldn't be here writing this review if the person who responded had at least been somewhat apologetic. I will NEVER do business with again.

This was my second time I ordered from Beauty Bridge. First time , there were no problem. well packed all the items were there and only took a week to get here. (international)
Second time was really bad!!!! Really bad pakaging box was almost destoryed, missing an item, I ordered power and it was everything on the items that were in the box, and it took almost 3weeks to get here. I called the customer service, they were sorry for what happened, they were nice. But I also emailed them since she recommended, the email was really rude nothing helped on whatever I was asking about, and said refund the money for the item that they didn't send. ( no reason why they didn't send)
I've used many different online stores and this is the first one that they always charge me couple days before they ship the items.
At the same time I placed an order with beauty bridge I also placed orders from another online store for cosmetic products. They all got here faster and well packed, there were 4 orders and no damage. I can't believe that they use same USPS and they were all sent from east side of US.

Bill for product even when item is back ordered, when I canceled back order I was told it take 7-31 days to post the credit on my credit card, it took them 1 day to bill for it why should it take more then that to credit my account.

Disappointing Customer Service

This company needs to greatly improve their customer service. I was displeased with receiving a cosmetic item that was manufactured prior to September 1, 2005. Aside from the fact that the item was out-dated, the older packaging contains at least 25% less than the newer packaging. I was charged full price. They refused to refund the entire purchase price making it out to be as if it was my fault. I have always had my reservations as to ordering cosmetics on-line. With the couple dollars saved from ordering on-line, it's TOTALLY not worth the hassle! Actually, with having to pay for return shipping and not receiving a full refund, I lost money on the deal.

On their website it states that "Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt and a credit will be issued in the original form of payment." It took me almost two months and several phone calls to receive my credit for my return, and had to deal with customer service individuals who were extremely rude to me & constantly spoke over me. They're fast to take your money but don't want to give it back. When i asked the ill-mannered supervisor Alison who I could talk to to complain, she told me she would not and did not have to give me that information!! What kind of customer service is that?? Is this how they expect to keep customers? I will never shop here AGAIN! Be warned!

I ordered a blush from Beauty Bridge . It was paid by PayPal on July 27. As of today August 18 I have still not received it. Their standard response when called is, "wait two or three more days." This is the worst company for customer service that I have ever dealt with.

it took 2weeks to get the order,. when opened, it was missing items so I called. they were backordered but no mention about it in email that I got it says my order was shipped. bad packing everything were terrible experience.

There prices are good and their shipping is free, but it is a bit inconvenient to order Bare Minerals products from them because you must call them to place the order (or be sent a link to pay online after you've placed the order). This wastes another day or two in the processing of your order. If you order from QVC or Bare Escentuals you can order and pay online. This was my only original only complaint about them, but after posting a review that explained my "slight dissatisfaction" I received four extremely rude and harassing emails from a member of their "Website Privacy" department. I called and called trying to discuss the matter with a supervisor but was always given a brush-off because the only people who answer the phones are from call centers around the nation. Because of this, I will spend a couple bucks more next time and order my Bare Minerals products from someone else and avoid the horrible customer service at Beauty Bridge.

Ordering was easy but the lack of product in-stock was not communicated at the time of the order. BB customer care was apologetic but offered no solution or a refund. The product still took over a month to arrive (on 12/22). I ordered from another company in the interim and had the lotions in less than a week. Yes, with BB I saved the cost of shipping, but the lotion was what I wanted most.

I LOVE THE SERVICE, I RECEIVED MY ORDER SOONER THAN I EXPECTED. I LOVE THE FACT THEY DO NOT CHARGE SHIPPING AND HANDLING. SINCE I DISCOVERED THEM I NO LONGER HAVE TO MAKE A 60 MILE ROUND TRIP TO FRESNO, CA JUST TO SEE IF MY PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE, SO NOW I SAVE TIME AND MONEY, AND TAXES TO GET THE PRODUCTS I NEED.
