I'm still waiting on a $400.00 comforter which was promised a week ago. I also have not been credited back for the comforter I shipped back to them because it didn't fit my bed! The first order was great but the curtains rods and e-mails have not been forth coming in response. I have not received the rods and no response. I received 1 e-mail that the "rod" had been sent/I ask about the 2nd rod and have not received a response yet. I really do not know what to think. I gave a honest response on the first survey but really want to know if both curtain rods have been sent and if not why. When I ordered the screen reported in stock. I returned the drapes due to size and color issues. I asked for a refund to my credit card. I tracked the package shipping. They received it back in on Dec. 3. As of today on Dec. 28 there is still no refund. I have called several times and get no where. I am always told they are processing the refund. They processed my purchase a whole lot faster. the items were not in stock and were backordered, but the order status on their web site was "will ship in 4 - 7 days" for 6 weeks. I sent an email inquiry and got no response. Then I tried to call customer service and got a voice mail advising me to leave a message, which I did. Two weeks later I had still not received a reply. I finally did receive replies to both my email and the voice mail, at which time I learned the items were on back order. Since they did eventually reply, I'm raising their rating from Unacceptable to Poor. They need to care more about their customers. Read more
