Buying this on line was perfect for us. We found a better product than we had seen at a store and a much better price. My daughter and son-in-law were very pleased with their gift for the new baby. It arrived in good conditon and was easy to assemble.

My main complaint is that the shipping date/ receiving date was not honored. It's been a month since I ordered the chairs, shipping was to be in 7-10 days. I still have not received the chairs that I was planning to have for Christmas dinner.

One piece came damaged and they replaced it quickly and with only one phone call from me. They also e-mailed me when it was shipped. It was a very smooth purchase as well as a good bargain.

I was very satisfied with the quality of the brass bed. The box was a little damaged but the contents were fine. I wish they could pin point the delivery time a little better. The time window that was given is too broad. I don't like sitting in the home all day waiting for a delivery not knowing within an hour or at least two hours for the delivery. The time window was about a five to six hours. This was too long to wait.The price was a little much for the headboard and footboard. I sent an email questioning whether it was solid brass or brass plated but never received a reply; neither before delivery nor after. It was not solid brass. The cost was $500.00 but I could not find a brass bed or brass plated set in my area so I paid the price. I would make another purchase because I still would have paid more for it else where and there is a great selection should I be in the market for other furniture.

Overall, my experience was great. The laminate on the dresser, however, had a few minor flaws along the edges, but are hardly noticable. The drawers are also a little hard to slide in and out since they do not have rollers. But for the money spent, it was a great buy. I'd shop here again.
