The site contained a good variety of furniture styles. Product descriptions were complete. Products displayed at the site are what they look like in person. Prices are very reasonable. Items were received with minor damage to 1 piece. A replacement piece will be requested. Furniture comes with simple, easy to follow directions. We would definitely shop at this site again.

Perfect! I enjoyed reading the reviews of what I bought -- helped me to have confidence. I also wrote one myself. We love the head board. I was surprised at how quickly it came and yet someone wrote to me and apologized for the delay. In my opinion, there was NO delay!

quality merchandise at Reasonable prices The only thing I would improve is clearly mark on your website that it takes 3-5 days to make the mattress and then 3-5 days to ship it and then 3-5 days to deliver. Very misleading and confusing. Please help others. Our daughter had to sleep on the floor for a week because this was not clear.

The product was damaged when received, and it was very low quality. I contacted Bedroom Furn. Direct while the delivery driver was still with me, and BFD said someone would call me the next day, and I refused delivery. The finish I selected was not that on the headboard I received, the qualirty was poor(paint over dirt/dust and nicks), and the product was damaged(bent rails). After I called BFD three times I spoke with someone that said I could not cancel my order due to quality or damage; they could only send me the product again. July 27 I was told a new headboard would be shipped; I have yet to receive any other correspondence as to whether it was shipped or when it will be shipped. I am truly disappointed in the product I purchased and the fact the BFD does not stand behind its products, nor do they respond to customers. After I made repeat phone calls I asked for the notes on my account, which clearly stated that BFD was to call me, and they had the correct phone number, yet they did not follow through.

It was the worst! I was suppose to get a discount and I didn't get it yet! I ordered the set Jan. 10 and didn't receive it until March 13!!! NEVER EVER again will I order from Bedroom Furniture Direct. You all have some nice things but terrible customer service.... I had to inquire about my order repeatedly....only to get the run around.
