I was incorrectly informed about your product(s). It was explained to me that the specific furniture I was calling to inquire about was made of real wood, and there wasn't assembly required. I thought I was shopping with a higher quality merchant, not something I could buy at a wal-mart.

Both items I ordered are backordered & not shipped until end of July. If the price wan't so good, I would cancel, but they pay shipping which is a GOOD deal.

The product and service at Bedroom Furniture Direct was very good, however, the shipper they used (ICAT) was absolutely horrible. My order sat in one of their warehouses for two weeks and would probably still be there if I didn't finally track it down myself and demand delivery ASAP.

The wrong parts were shipped with the item. Repeated phone calls were required to finally get the replacement parts shipped. Customer Service did not seem to know the status of my order or when replacement parts would be ready. It took over a month to complete the order.

My bed arived, but had slight damage, but not enough to warent packing it back up, taking it to a shipper and waiting 2 months for a new bed. Now I have to live with it. Better packing was required to ship something heavy half way across the country.

The purchase was easy and delivery was prompt and came before expected. Everything was in good condition with the exception that the mirror was broken and we felt it was not packaged well enough for it's fragile content.

PS I have to add, my daughter LOVES the furniture though. Everything else came in perfect condition. Took her dad 5 hours to put the dresser together though.

Shopping experience was fast and easy. One of the package came in opened and some pieces missing due to shipping and handling. Called Bedroom Furniture Direct and they replaced the missing pieces fast with no problems. Great service and will shop there again.
