The internet update status (order at warehouse) seemed to indicate it would ship soon but it took over a week to ship. Product looked different than picture on web site (diff color) and as described (charcoal?). One of 4 items is still in transit (UPS delay?).

I was very happy with Bedroom Furniture Direct, however, I was not at all happy with the original shipper that was used, Pilot. I am 6 months pregnant and needed to get extra shipping services so that someone could bring the bed in the house for me and set it up. Pilot would not work with me at all, so I ended up having to call Modus, and then BFD. Once I got through to BFD my request was handled promptly and the shipper was changed.

The price was steap but it was delivered on time and in good condition. The only problem I had was that the pre-cut screw hole were missing in one of the frame peices. Other than that shopping was ok.

The futon actually was shipped and delivered ahead of schedule which was great! The purchase lead us to believe that the back cushion was one piece connecting to the sides, but the sides were separate cushions. My son said that was fine.
