Order was easy to make. However, I thought one bed was avialable in an alternative color, which I thought I ordered. When it arrived in the base color, cusotmer service informed me that only the one color was available in the first place.

Everything went relatively smoothly with our order. It took me a little bit to figure out where to enter my tracking number at the website sent to me, but I figured it out.
Our bed arrived with no damage to the boxes, but a slight bit of damage to the headboard. It seems to be purely cosmetic, and something that we can and plan to fix ourselves.

The shopping experience was fine. It did take longer to receive compared to online shopping at other companies but what do you expect when its free. The crib had a few dings in it but other than that, it was a nice sturdy crib.

The delivery time was as promised, the bed is PERFECT and my daughter loves it!!! The delivery man was very courteous, and professional. I was able to track my order online and any information that I needed was availible. Whenever I need to make another furniture purchase Bedroom Furniture Direct will be the first place that I look. Lastly, I priced this bed at several different places and Bedroom Furniture Direct had THE BEST PRICE!!!!!!!!!!
