It has taken a little longer than I would have liked to receive my item, but they did let me know it would take that long. #2 I haven't received it yet. I don't know if it is in good condition.

For some reason the bed frames were not shipped with the order. After talking to cstmr svc they shipped one bed frame. Called again for them to ship the other bedframe and still have not received it. It is taking weeks for those beds to get here complete...
