This was a truly excellend shopping experience. I live in one state and my daughter lives in another state. The free shipping was what attracted me to this site. The cost of the dresser was fantastic and no shipping costs. Much appreciated.

Even though the headboard had a staple hole in it from shipping. THe headboard was beautiful. they responded quickly to the damage report. Unfortunately I was unable to send them picture of the damage. It was to small to get on camera well enough to send. Everything else went great.

The dresser came with a dent in the corner and some of the screws were not labled properly. We did not know this until we had already put the dresser together. Thankfully me my husband was here to put this together. Way to many parts! I thought for $400 dollars this would be partially assmbled. It was a 3 hr job and we still have to find another screw at the hardware store here. It was stripped.
I am not to sure about shopping with your company again. Thanks. Linda Weinstein

I was pleased at how quickly my order arrived. The mirror was the only item that was not in perfect condition. I had to use a nail gun to fix the left hand side of the frame around the mirror. The two pieces of wood came apart. I also had a dime size scratch on one of the dressers but i was able to find the scraped off piece and glue it back on so that you can't see the spot. Other than these two things, I was very satisfied and like my furniture.

The bed showed up on time, and was not hard to put together. I like the product and it's style, and it appears to be made well. I'm quite happy with my bed and the price I paid.
