I recieved the product before I even got an email saying it was shipped.
That email came about 1-2 days AFTER I received the product.

The chair did not work for me as it is so hard it hurt to sleep on it Returning it will cost me both my shipping costs and the costs to ship to me will also be deducted from the refund. Therefore, on a 245 dollar purchase, I will be spending about half just on shipping and I will not have the product. It seems that shopping on line at least for furniture does not make sense. The company was very good, very helpful, but the product was simply not up to snuff.

Site had exactly what I was looking for. Ordering on-line was easy and shipping was relatively quick. Other than the second part of my order that arrived damaged, so far, I am satisified, but cannot completely state my full satisfaction until my additional parts are put together and the bed is in use.
