The delivery was prompt and I received exactly what I ordered. The web site was easy to navigate and find the products and information that I needed. I am very satisfied.

Purchased a Garmin GPS (eTrex Vista C). It was not suitable for our needs. Your return policy stinks. It would have cost us about $90.00 + postage to return. Restocking fees!! Give us a break.

I had a great experience with BestPrice GPS. They had exactly what I wanted and the delivered it promptly. They also included some accessories (power outlet doubler, cassette tape audio adapter) for which others charged extra. Oh, and they lived up to their name, too: best price. I would buy from BestPrice GPS again and would recommend them to family and friends.

I am very happy with the experience I had dealing with BESTPRICE GPS. After I ordered my GPS unit, they quickly informed me that the item was packed and shipped and on it's way, and provided me with a tracking number.
After receivng that email, my brother told me about a different website that had the exact same unit at a slightly lower price. I called BESTPRICE, and although it is not their policy to match prices, they credited my credit card 10.00 to make up the difference. (by the way, the customer service rating for the website with that lower price was horrible, so regardless of price, I would not have ordered the unit from them.)

Last December I ordered a Garmin Streetpilot i3. BestpriceGPS.com had the best price and delivered promptly. Unfortunately, this holiday season I went back to buy another Garmin unit from them and their site had closed. Overall, I was very satisfied with my purchase, although I did not have to return anything to their store, which I understand was the weak point in their customer service.

Very good customer service. I had to call because I entered my shipping and billing address incorrectly. They were very courteous and helpful and corrected my mistakes. I will shop again in the future.

The customer service agent that helped with the order was terrific!!! I was trying to decide which product was better, and the agent ask me a few questions on how I will be using it; and what features I look for. He was very thorough in his explanations and in a few minutes, I was sold! Very fast service.

I ordered a GPS product that BestPriceGPS advertised as "in stock with guaranteed same day shipping". After three days my order had still not shipped. I ordered on Sunday, 12/11/05 and they did not ship until 12/14/05. I called on Wednesday 12/13/05 and spoke to "John". "John" said that he could not explain the delay and that he would upgrade my shipping to next day. I checked my order status on 12/15/05 and found out that it had shipped UPS ground (tracking # 1ZY9702V4295084540). I will be out of town before this thing finally shows up, of course it is a Xmas gift for my spouse and will now be late.

Thanks a bunch BestPriceGPS! In my personal opinion that this is a dishonest vendor with willfully misleading and false advertising about what is in stock and the non-existent "guaranteed" shipping. DON'T BUY FROM BESTPRICEGPS.COM !!!!!!

The price for the GPS I got was the lowest I could find and I got the unit faster than I expected. Great job!

Delivery speed, when I placed the order, it has an option for me to choose where I want the order to be delivered from. In my case NY is the closest on the list and that what I picked. But my order still came from CA and it took more than a week. But in term of price, order accuracy and customer service, I am very satisfy.

Very helpfull. Good customer service and met all claims and offers. Recomend highly. Will do business with them again and recomend them to anyone I know.
