As large an organization as Best Buy is, one would think the company has their act together. This is not the case. The Best Buy store pickup option online is the most frustrating and disappointing service available today. Not only were my items not pulled aside and waiting for me at the store, I had to go to two different stores as the first one didn't have both items. I also had to wait 40 minutes to get the first item at the first store. Then when I went to the second store, they didn't even have an area for me to pick up the items. I would have had to wait in a very long line at the returns window in order to get it. Rather than do so, I walked to the computer department, found the second item myself, purchased it at the cash register and went home and canceled the item online. I then called customer service to provide feedback and request some sort of resitution for such a shoddy experience. While most of their reps were polite, they were unauthorized to resolve concerns and did little more than to "log" the issue in their database. A very unsatisfying and unnecessary experience in general that I do not wish to repeat and would not want anyone else to go through either. Save yourself the time by not using their store pickup option. Or better yet, given their lack of courteousy or respect for customers, don't shop at Best Buy at all! Read more
