It was easy to find what I wanted online and to place the order. In the end I chose a store-pick up because it was convenient. Everything I ordered was waiting on me when I got there. I was in and out of the busy store in less than 15 minutes.

While I am dismayed by how limited the in-store experience is when shopping for my DVDs; I am very pleased, with exception, to the online library. The exception to the online experience is: The brick and mortar store matches competitors' prices. The online store does not. I was only able to purchase half of what I wanted from Best Buy, finding much cheaper prices on the other half elsewhere.
