good information on the general product but did not know specifics on the mapping abilities. Your price on the Geek Squad installing this simple device was very high for the work that was to be done. I did not take advantage of it.

I found it rather annoying that I placed the order for in store pick up and then received an e-mail stating that the item was unavailable for in store pick up. Although Best Buy has shipped the item to me free of charge the customer support in order to the get the status changed was very time consuming.

I did not get the entire order and was later charged for the item that was not available. I was told that I would not be charged for the item when I went to the store to pick up my order, because it was ot available, and that I could check back with the store at a later date. Because of this my account was overdrawn. This is not the first time I had a bad experience with Best Buy Pick Up but it will be the last time I use this service. From now on I will either go in the store or shop at another store.

I didnt see the Pick-up designated parking space but was able to park nearby due to the pre-opening time of my visit to the store. There were few customers in the store at that time so attention to my needs was immediate and efficient.

Shopping for the item was fine but they sure make it overly complex to get a rebate...why not just lower the price and do away with this rebate nonsense.

The only problem so far was having to wait until the next day to finish the arrangements due to something being down that night but the next morning everything was fine & I completed the order.

I have Castaway dvd on back order. Your phone rep had no idea when it might come in. Seems more often then not, when I go into Best Buy to purchase a movie, they do not stock the ones I am looking for. But I am a big Best Buy fan and will continue to shop there..
