The confirmation of my order was supposed to take 45 minutes; however, it took almost 2 hours. I can attribute some of that to the time of year (Christmas) and overlook that.
When I arrived at the store, I was instructed to see the "man sitting behind the desk" who had no interest in helping me. He referred me to the customer service desk that takes care of returns and exchanges. There was a "short line" of 5 people ahead of me.
To have on-line shoppers wait in line with people returning and exchanging items is bad business. On-line shoppers typically do this to avoid lines in the store. The web site said the store had an area exculsively for on-line pick up. The web site is deceptive and misinformative.

My only complaint is the excessive shipping fees on the smaller items. Shipping fees on the Best Buy site are far more expensive than any other online shopping venue I've seen, and I would be willing to look to other sellers for the same product for that reason.
