Very easy. The product was not pulled and waiting behind the counter however. The representative had to pull it from the shelf stock. That would be the only aspect of the experience that did not meet my expectations.

I went into look at TVs and Timothy took my husband through the different brands, sizes abd explained how they worked and the difference between Plasma and LCD. He was thorough and patient. He was knowledgeabe about the products. Excellent person.
Our mission tonight was to buy a gift card for our Grandson.

To be honest I felt it was almost painless, lol. I shop on-line for the most part and I like the way they have there web pages laided out. It would be nice to restock a few items wich remain out ATM , such as the new X-Box Elite. I guess I will say this about Best Buy , I beleave this is a nice place to shop and I will do so more offten . Thank U

I was blatanly lied to by the sales clerk (Luis) at Best Buy at the time of purchase. When I tried to resolve the issue with a f/u phone call to a customer service manager (Sonya) she was rude to the point of being hostile & not helpful at all.

Buying online is fairly new to me. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to search the Best Buy website. The information provided was very good and the comments from other buyers were helpful. I received exactly what I wanted and the timing delivery was exactly as promised. I needed to plan my day around the delivery of my order, and it was great to use the tracking process to determine approximate delivery time. I most definitely will not hesitate to buy from Best Buy again. Thanks for asking!

The online purchase was very easy and I appreciated being able to pick up the item at the nearest store. However, trying to get Geek Squad installation arranged was a nightmare. I was never sure who I was speaking with when I would call. It took several phone calls and everyone I spoke with gave me different information.
