I knew that the items were back-ordered when I placed the order. I am still waiting for the items to be received by Best Buy. They have done a good job of advising me of the status and answered all my questions quickly through e-mail. So far, I have nothing to complain about. Merchant rating is "Fair" because I was required to answer the question. I am reserving judgement until the transaction is complete.

Excellent price online -better than if I had purchased directly in the store. Had the item waiting for pickup at my local Best Buy within an hour during the Christmas rush. Would definately shop Best Buy this way again.
