Excellent price online -better than if I had purchased directly in the store. Had the item waiting for pickup at my local Best Buy within an hour during the Christmas rush. Would definately shop Best Buy this way again.

The online part was going exceptionally until I arrived at the Sawgrass store and they couldn't find the keys to the cabinet for my product. I asked the manager why I couldn't just get another one and pay for it, but he said I had to cancel my online purchase to do this. I did buy another printer doc at the same price as online but they could not cancel the order.
When I got home I called and spoke to two agents from bestbuy.com The first could not understand me and the 2nd spoke clearer English, but I had to tell him 3 times I had already purchased a new printer, and explaining each time in length what had transpired After he said he had canceled the order, he asked me once again, where can I send another printer! The online shopping was excellent with the option to pick-up at the store. The only dissapointment was the customer service at the store when we picked the product up. The employee was very discourteous. Unfortunately we returned one of the products we picked up but visited a different BestBuy and took advantage to purchased another item while we were at the store.

I am extremely unhappy with your company. My order was damaged by UPS and I am being penalized. Your cumstomer service policy is poor. I will never shop with you again. I would be happy to discuss this with you further.

I've bought 2 items online over the past 2 weeks and picked them up at the store. Both times, I've had to wait at least 10-15 minutes because there is only one person working behind the counter, usually dealing with returned merchandise rather than order pickup. The item I bought last, a music CD, was broken when the person behind the desk retrieved it. She had to ask someone in the CD section to get another, which caused further delay.

The website is designed for easy shopping. The shopping experience was good. One of the DVD cases was a little damaged, not enough to harm the disk but enough that the case is really not useable. The tracking process was behind the order by too much of a time lapse to be of any help.
