Best Buy Pool Supply

It's been 8 days, and my order has not been shipped.  The seller tells me they can't tell me what is wrong because it is shipping from a third party. After two emails and two phone calls, nothing has been resolved. I should have known when I noticed that this company goes by three different names.  It's also called Mercantila and Pool Cleaner Superstore.  Don't be fooled by the slight difference in price!

They got my order wrong three times and they charged me shipping every time I had to have them re-send the order they messed up. and then I did not accept the final delivery and they still charged my credit card
