I placed my order for replacement filters for my IQAir air filter on a Sunday and the filters were delivered on Tuesday. Their prices were the same as or better than every other store I checked, plus they had a 5% off promotion. I called with a question about the order and they were very helpful and courteous. I'll shop here again.

I came across this company by researching on the net, after unsatisfactory service elsewhere. The water filters are top notch and even handle the high particulate matter of NYC water, which clogged all other filters to a trickle within 4-7 weeks. Not with their Aquasana Filter, it's a fair priced workaholic gem. But the huge hands down difference is the supreme, warm, friendly service from the company in Fayetteville. In this day and age this is cherished and Rare. I'm a customer for life, plus my water taste the best.

When's the last time you left a call back number and someone actually called you who was ready to solve your problem? This company is amazing. I needed special help recently and they really came through. Customer service is exceptional.

I purchased an IQAir Healthpro Plus at BestFilters.com, because they had the best price of all other online stores. Although the price wasn't advertised, on the checkout screen there is a 1800 number to call for discounts.

The ordering process was really simple. I ordered on a Sunday late evening -- so I expected the order would be processed on Monday, maybe shipped on Tuesday, and since shipping was Free, I was hoping it would arrive by the end of the week.

Instead, it was shipped FedEx, and arrived at my door on Tuesday afternoon! Pretty amazing.

I would definately do business with them again.

Horrible customer service, if it can even be called that.  Charges weeks before shipping, inaccurate tracking, have a staff incapable of answering basic order questions.  Worst e-commerce experience of my life.

The water filter unit we purchased from Bestfilters.com started to leak after 11 months of use. The housing unit was plastic and when we tried to remove the filter the plastic nut stripped making it impossible to remove the filter. I emailed Bestfilters.com on a Saturday and received a reply on Monday. They said they would send a new housing replacement unit and that it was their policy to extend the manufacturer's 100 day warranty to one full year. They shipped the replacement unit the same day. Great service, great warranty, great company to do business with.

I have had a Euro shower head for at least 8 years and it works wonderfully. I have bad water but I don't have to shower with it. It is the only hand held shower head with a filter that I could find. I order the filters for it once a year or so. I have NEVER had a problem. The service is very fast. I love my shower head and hope they never stop making it or the filters. Thank you BESTFILTERS!

I'm happy with the filter system, but very unhappy with the order processing. I signed up for the automatic filter replacement program.

They said that I would be informed before the shipment was to be released. What I got was a notice that the shipment was on its way! This is hardly advance notice of shipment!

Makes me feel distrustful of the company and the way that it is run.

They shipped my orders promptly and furnished tracking numbers.I had a problem with my Aq4000 filter it was clogging because of the particulate in nyc water so I sent them an email and without follow up email questions they sent me replacement and extra stuff free of charge to deal with the demands of our water plus shipping is very quick.

Have made three or more purchases from best filters. Site was very easy and straightforward to navigate and I was pleased every time by their service. Received order very quickly. Had a little problem with one of the filters (minor & after 9 mos.) , emailed them on Sunday and by Monday morning was told they would ship replacement part the same day no charge & I received on Friday. I would not hesitate to buy from Best Filters again and I will be when I need replacement cartridges.

I ordered the undersink shower combo. The delivery was on time. Everything was intact and packed nicely. Installation was extremely easy with not one leak. The shower filter does make a noticable difference on your hair after the first time. The undersink filter works great, water is great with no aftertaste. Not much difference in taste from the Brita Pitcher I was using, but a lot more convenient (less filter replacements & more space in fridge). Being nervous about spending the money, I was much relieved after using each product.

I received my filter the same week I ordered it. Also, I had several questions before I purchased and they answered them accurately. Overall, excellent service and excellent filter.
