Would prefer at order time that you state if you have the clock in stock. Realize you want the order/purchase, but the customer also wants their product in reasonable time.
So far, waiting almost two weeks for product to ship from manufacturer and then wait another 2-3 weeks for shipping company to deliver as stated by Big Ben Clock Gallery.

This HERMAN MILLER wall clock arrived on Thursday morning, after ordering it after hours on Tuesday evening, in great condition. Sevice was excellent, and the selection of clocks was almost overwhelming! And the website is excellent--with minimal input we found just what we wanted, and have been able to go back and look at the product again quickly. Great service, wonderful product, unbelievable service!

The clock I received did not work, so I e-mailed Big Ben Clock Gallery for help. They responded very quickly and had a replacement clock shipped immediately.

The people at Big Ben Clock Gallery were very helpful -- I was looking for a specific mantel clock which had been discontinued. They worked with me and found another clock that was nearly the same as I had originally wanted. They were very helpful and answered all my questions. The delivery was prompt. I am very satisfied with the shopping experience.

The vendor sent two clocks instead of one in separate packages. I opened one, tested it, could not hear the bell, and went online to inquire about return of both. Cost about $21 to send one clock back to Canada. After multiple emails and some confusion, vendor gave me a US address to send the second one. Received email indicating they will refund cost of the one clock they had charged me for and the shipping cost about $8)of the second clock.

Took my order on 12/15 via website, said I would have it in tme for Christmas, then he "left the country". His website says order was shipped to me on 12/19. Would not provide tracking number. Numerous emails have resulted in two responses that order would be received in one or two days. Have not heard back from my last email of 12/29 requesting order cancellation and refund. Filed a complaint with Windsor BBB. This proprietor is completely unreliable.
