I found the best price on the item we were looking for at Big Toy Express. I like that the total cost, including shipping, was listed and check out online was easy and fast. A friend ordered the same item after me as she too couldn't find a better price locally. I already knew the quality of the item so price point was my primary consideration.

I have already emailed complaint, there has been no response. tracking said the item shipped on 8/23. I just happened to call on 8/30/07 to 1-800 number and learned item had not ever shipped. travel 110 miles the next day to get item at Toy R Us for birthday on 9/1/07.

I was very pleased with your website, easy to use. I ordered, filled out the appropriate fields and when it came time to complete my order I was told it couldn't be delivered to the military base in Maryland. I had to contact my daughter and she had to find someone "on the outside" who would accept the package. She recieves packages frequently from UPS and FedEx. I really don't understand your policy.

We purchased a toy kitchen for Christmas, 1/2 of the product showed up prior to Christmas, the other 1/2... who knows where it is. Customer service went out of his way to help us, he even located a retail outlet in out city, contacted them and made sure they had what we were looking for, in stock!

I thought it was great, especially having the tax and shipping included in the price made the shopping much easier. The package I ordered even got to my house a full two weeks before I even expected it to arrive, and it looks fantastic, there was no breakage during shipping at all. This site has a great selection of out door play yards and accessories.
The shipping time on your order depends on how they decide to ship it.
If you have any questions though regarding your order, they have poor customer sevice if you try and call them. I left several messages that went unanswered. I finally received the products I purchased but if I had encountered a problem after the shipment was received, I don't know if I would have liked to have been ignored like I was before I receieved the items. One of the swings arrived damaged but I just called the company that drop shipped the item directly to resolve that issue.

I found the website easy to navigate. Visually, I appreciated that it was clean, almost minimalist with very little "clutter". The website navigation setup is quite straighforward, which makes browsing the product selection a breeze. The prices are are good, especially considering that the price shown includes shipping in most, if not all cases.
I recieved an order notification promptly upon checkout. I then recieved a shipping notification when the Kangaroo Climber shipped. It shipped within the stated timeframe (5-7 days) on the product page. Delivery arrived precisely on time (good job, FedEx!) much to the delight of my children.

there was some confusion with an additional space for adding the phone number. i had to call to place the order, as i did not see where i was supposed to add the phone number, a second time.

I always track my products and this was very difficult. I feel there should be an email sent when the item ships available with the carrier and tracking number, like every other company does. I don't have excel on my computer and your tracking page wouldn't open with microsoft word. I also don't like how you can read everyones tracking info. Now there is so much identity theft, you really need to just email the buyer with there tracking info.

Have not had a chance to open the car bed yet, still finishing up painting the room. Anyway, I hope the bed is OK, the box had a tear in it when recieved and part of the bed is sticking out. The dresser is in pretty good shape, just a few scratches on the front and back, not real deep though. The toy chest seems to be in OK shape too. I would consider checking on the transport employees, appears that someone is NOT very careful with your products.

Pleasure to deal with - someone actually answers the phone when you call with a question! Highly recommend them to anyone purchasing these types of products. Price was the best anywhere plus no shipping costs. Product came in one week - they told me could be 2-3 weeks so we were thrilled. Only comment I have is that the tracking system is not updated often enough - by the time the item showed up on the tracking system, it had already been delivered.
