We purchased a toy kitchen for Christmas, 1/2 of the product showed up prior to Christmas, the other 1/2... who knows where it is. Customer service went out of his way to help us, he even located a retail outlet in out city, contacted them and made sure they had what we were looking for, in stock!
He was amazing.
