Really great! The item is super and shipping was fast. I had a wonderful experience and I plan to return for more big toy purchases in the future. There is no where else, even local toy stores, that can beat the prices. No tax and shipping included in prices!!!!!

It was easy to order and they did a great job getting the packages to my home. Unfortunately it was raining and the delivery team left the packages in the rain. Luckily the toy was plastic and a little bit of cleaning while assembling took care of it.

The price for the item was even better than straight from the manufactuer and I was surprised at how quickly I received it. I was extremely pleased with the speed with which the order arrived. The price was great. I will definitely shop here again and refer my friends for their toy shopping!

Have not had a chance to open the car bed yet, still finishing up painting the room. Anyway, I hope the bed is OK, the box had a tear in it when recieved and part of the bed is sticking out. The dresser is in pretty good shape, just a few scratches on the front and back, not real deep though. The toy chest seems to be in OK shape too. I would consider checking on the transport employees, appears that someone is NOT very careful with your products.

Pleasure to deal with - someone actually answers the phone when you call with a question! Highly recommend them to anyone purchasing these types of products. Price was the best anywhere plus no shipping costs. Product came in one week - they told me could be 2-3 weeks so we were thrilled. Only comment I have is that the tracking system is not updated often enough - by the time the item showed up on the tracking system, it had already been delivered.

I loved the fact that the shipping and handling was included in the price. Everywhere else that I shopped the price was the same or higher and then they added shipping and handling on top. Big Toy Express will be getting my return business because I was really impressed with the online shopping experience.
