We recently placed an order for a storage cabinet through Biz Chair. Without question, this is the most disgraceful organization I have ever dealt with. Their free shipping policy is a complete sham and constitutes false advertising. We ordered an item that featured free shipping, only to get a call from the freight company insisting we pay for liftgate service (an incremental cost of $200). Nowhere on the BizChair website did it disclose that items of a certain weight would not be delivered unless liftgate service was authorized. Given this, we told BizChair customer service that we wanted to cancel the order, but were told that we would have to incur a 30% restocking fee plus cover the entire shipping charge. I plan on reporting this company to Better Business Bureau for its unethical business practices.

Customer service is a joke. When my chair self-destructed after 2 weeks of use, I got a run-around. First, no one ever answered my email asking for help. Then I tried phoning and was passed around from one person to another.
The bottom line is they did nothing for me. Their advice was for me to contact the manufacturer and try to have them make good.
I wouldn't order from Bizchair.com again no matter what price I was getting. It was an extremely upsetting experience.
First, they charged my credit card the day I purchased the chair. I purchase a lot of items online and have never had anyone charge my card until the item is shipped. The website said they ship in 3 days and mine was not shipped for 5 days. A lady on the phone said it would be shipped out on a Tuesday and arrive on Friday. It did ship on Tuesday but did not arrive for a week. Read more

When I placed the order the item cost $96.99 (free shipping). A few weeks went by and I received a call from the representative stating that the amount that was shown was incorrect and it would cost another $56 and did I still want the map. I did not appreciate purchasing the map and than receiving a call weeks later that there was an error in the amount charged. They should of just sold it to me at the cost that I originally purchased the item to keep me a happy customer since it was not my fault they listed the wrong amount. I'm not sure if I will be purchasing items for my company, Intel in the future. I ordered the map on May 15 and I still have not received it. Read more

The web site has a order tracking feature, but for the three weeks since I ordered it is blank. I called last Thursday, but the agent knew nothing about my order. She promised to call the factory and call or email me with an update that day or the next morning at the latest. That was four days ago, and the web site order tracking info is still blank. When I ordered, the estimate was that the chair would be shipped in 7-10 business days. It has been 13 business days. Read more

I was very disappointed that both pieces were shipped in damaged condition. The packing was excellent which was almost more disappointing as it was obvious that they were packed and shipped in damaged condition. I will never use this merchant again. Read more
I received the chair that I ordered somewhat later than expected, but was not a problem. Unfortunately though, I have still not received my desk. When I called bizchair, the response was that the company that was suppose to ship the desk out wasn't able to because Fed-Ex refused to ship their products. The reason for Fed-Ex not shipping the product was because the company had not been paying Fed-Ex. I don't understand what exactly is going on but It's quite inconvenient for me. Read more
