We love the mirror we purchased for our granddaughter's bedroom at our house. She loves a mirror....loves to jump on the bed and chant and sing and smile and look at herself and she loves dressing up and of course you have to have a mirror for that!!!! She lives in anoter state and is coming to stay with us for a couple of weeks in about a month and we can't wait for her to see her re-decorated room. We know she will love the mirror!

They have no shipment tracking or inventory tracking system for their customer service people, so when I called in to check the status of my order a week after I paid for the shipment they had no idea whether or not the chair had shipped. I received an email from them the next day telling me that it had been shipped,and the chair arrived a few days later, but in this day in age of dirt cheap software from Microsoft and other vendors, having no such software for the people fielding your customer service calls is unacceptable.

1 - The shipping expense was rather high. (and it was hard to understand the proposed shipping charges until you ordered). You should consider at least putting a ball-park shipping estimate so buyers can understand total cost prior to purchase better.
2 - The item arrived "scratched" - which now I need to deal with - no one is trying to address this.

They sent me an e-mail followed by a phone call about my purchase. This was because I did not respond in a proper amount of time. My vanity was shipped asap and arrived way ahead of time. They also sent me an e-mail to inform me of the early arrival and the freight carrier information. I was very pleased with the entire handling of my purchase. I can not remember any other company going to such effort and for such a small purchase. I would recommend this company to others and I will purchase from them again. I thank them for making me feel like an important customer.

4 Chairs were damaged others we received them on time. It is important that the driver call at least an hour or more before arriving to deliver. We found him waiting by chance.
