BizChair was awesome. We had a horrible tragedy in our family. I purchased two chairs for my Mom for Christmas and one was delivered to their home on Dec 6th. On Dec 7th, their home burned to the ground. It was extremely stressful, and absolutely a nightmare. My Mom is still in ICU but is starting to recover. Anyway, I wasn't sure when the other chair was due to be delivered so I contacted BizChair. They responded quickly and an angel from BizChair took the time to work with UPS to change the delivery so it would come to my home instead of the original address, since there is nothing there to deliver to. I am so impressed and very deeply touched by the concern and the care that BizChair gave me. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely purchase more from them in the future.

When I called about my order since I hadn't heard anything about the expected delivery date, the CSR who was very friendly, told me the stools would ship by the end of the following week. This was fine with me. However, the stools arrived later on the same day she told me they would not ship for another 10 days. Something was really wrong with the system she looked at. I was happy to get them early. I guess the saying under commit and over deliver does make sense.

I still haven't received the item I ordered on March 5 even though my credit card was charged. After I inquired twice why I had not received any sort of order/shipping confirmation, I was informed immediately that the item was on back order from the manufacturer until April 21. I am disappointed, but willing to wait and follow up with the order. I shopped around and Bizchair had what I wanted at a competitive price. Usually, my charge card should not have been debited until the item had been shipped.

no follow-up, no ability to track my order. Its been 3 weeks and I have to call them to find out what's going on. I am used to on-line retailers being very fast and responsive - not like this dealer!
