I ordered this so-called art table on Friday 10/24, and the tracking number said it would be at our shop on Monday 10/27. We waited for 3 days, but it was never arrived. On Thursday morning, I read from FedEx website that the item was delivered on Wednesday evening around 4pm-5pm and someone has signed for it. No one in my building did, and it took them another day to find out where it was shipped to. When I finally got it, the screws were too short to install anything, I had to buy some screws at Lowe's. The finished product was unblanced, cannot be adjusted to stand still on the floor. When we contacted the customer service, they required 35% restocking fee, we have to pay for our shipping and their original shipping. I'd rather throw it in the trash than re-send it so they can sell out to another unsuspecting customer. I am very very VERY disappointed at this product and the way this company handling the situation (it wasn't our fault that the product is flawed) and I will never buy or recommend this company to anyone I know ever again.

WARNING...talk to them they are so nice. but have a problem they have NO customer service skills and could care less about you. I purchased a chair and when it was delivered the finish was so coarse you could scratch yourself just by rubbing over any of the metal surfaces. Called them left on hold for 20 min. several times finaly no response. The prices might be great but you have to have the product to back it up.

I almost purchased some chairs at Bizchair, but I'm the type that always researches the companies they do business with. I generally never find anything that discourages me from my purchase ... but I did today. The Better Business Bureau gives BizChair an F grade, due to so many unresolved compaints against them. I know the price is cheap, but look elswere or you may become the next "unresolved" compaint and victom of this dishonest business.

What can I say that hasn't already been said? Their customer service is AWFUL! I am resigned to the fact that I will have to contact my credit card company to dispute this charge after futile attempts to rectify the situation. It arrived damaged so I refused the cabinet. Now, months later, still no cabinet. They loop you around in customer service until it feels like you've slipped into a black hole. STAY AWAY.
Bizchair only accepts returns on chairs. They do not take back any other items that they sell.
I admit it was my fault for not fully investigating their policy prior to purchase. However, the mouse platform I purchased, did not state in the description that it would only fit one size desk. No where in the description was this stated. Since this item is typically of the adjustable type, and nothing different was stated in the description, I wrongly assumed it to be adjustable. So BUYER BEWARE - make sure there is no chance you will need a return.
This return policy was copied off of their website:
All Other Items -- Bizchair.com's 60 day return policy only applies to office chairs. Under no circumstances will Bizchair.com take any item other than an office chair back. If a manufacturer has a written return policy or agrees to take an item/s back then the customer can send the applicable product back to that factory but is responsible for all restocking fees and shipping costs in both directions.
Unbelievable is the best word to describe Bizchair.
I ordered two office chairs for $294.99 each. My credit card was charged, and I was told that the chairs would arrive in 7 to 10 days. When the chairs didnt arrive I called customer service. They told me the price of the chairs went up to $385.99, and I needed to pay the difference. I explained that I already ordered the chairs, I was sent a receipt, the charge had already posted to my credit card, and the chairs should have already been delivered.
The customer service agent told me they never shipped the chairs, and they wouldnt ship them unless they receive $91.00 more per chair. What a scam!! This company is UNETHICAL.
As of this posting date, Staples will match their prices. If you are seduced by Bizchairs low prices just call Staples, and have them match their price and avoid the dirty feeling of being scammed.

I tried to order the leather sofa for $184.00 on their site but it was no longer available on one email another email it was available and then another it was not. Finally they told me it was not available and would I like to cancel my order. I told them if it not available there should not be an order to cancel but it turns out they charge you before checking their stock. So I was charged for a product they did not have and I was not receiving. I am still waiting for my refund!!!!! This looks like the old style "Bait and Switch" practice applied to the Internet. They kept asking me if I would like to order something else. Also the unusually low price get them to pop-up first on many search engines, which increases their possible orders. I highly suggest if you have a complaint that you report it to the "Better Business Bureau" and the " Attorney General's Office of Consumer Affairs" (coming from a leagal back ground); this will allow them to track the complaints and build a case to force them to change their practices.

Do NOT buy from BizChair.com!!!! This company does not stand by its purchase agreements! I ordered office furniture from this site, paid for it, got an email confirmation, and then never heard anything from them.
I called them two weeks later, and they told me the furniture was not on its way, and that "there was a misprint" on their site and they would no longer honor our purchase agreement. They wanted $60 more in order to "continue the transaction."
Never mind that they never called or emailed any of this information, and that they gladly accepted my money and held on to it for weeks without as much as a peep.
Poor service? Terrible service? Awful service? Damaged goods? All of the above..
Shipping not free as advertised. Was stuck with freight charges after the fact. Product arrived damaged. Poor customer service and return policy. Order at your own risk!!!!!

I ordered an ergonomic computer chair from them for $99. This was on a Friday. I received the product on the next Wednesday. That is about 5 days, not bad. The problem is, i never got any confirmation of shipping until two days after i got the product.
I went to put the chair together, and found there were no screws, so i sent them an e-mail on the very same day, hoping to get a response soon, because their site says "We try our best to answer requests daily (usually within a few hours)" That is a laugh. I finally got an e-mail today, Monday. They told me the screws were already installed in the chair (Stupid! why would they do that?)
That was all fine and dandy, but i had called when i got no e-mail, and talked to a very nice woman named Toy who helped me. It takes them forever to answer and e-mails, and their website seems to have problems with updating information. I do not Think i would order from them again. It seems like if it's not one problem, its another.
Don't buy from them. It's a horrible, horrible customer service experience. We ordered the cuior and waited three weeks without word of a delivery date or anything. Only after we contacted them did it finally arrive.
Unfortunetly, that is not the end of the story. The curio we ordered arrived not merely damaged, but absolutely and completely destroyed. Frame smashed, mirrors and glass busted out. The outside packaging did not indicate this type of destruction. We contacted their customer service.
A couple weeks later they requested pictures, which we supplied. Two weeks later after having heard nothing I inquired (twice) and got an answer another couple of weeks after that.
It has now been 2 months since we first contacted them and I am still waiting for our refund (though we have been told we should have it shortly). Today they asked for more pictures and details on the delivery.
Bizchair is one of the very few companies that won't refund you until they get a refund from the shipper. Even giving them the benefit of the doubt on that policy, two months is entirely too long a wait.

We ordered 12 chairs totalling over $1200 for a school for disabled children. Upon receiving the chairs, every single one of them broke within 2 month. The tension control knobs and the spacers all snapped. I have been calling this company for 4 months now. I have called to order the parts 4 times now...every time I get the excuse "well, the parts department didn't pick up the order" or "they seem to be ignoring order requests" or "we'll rush them, they will be there in 2 days"
We've received nothing. i've tried repeatedly to speak with management- they always seem to be "at lunch". In particular, this one ignorant cow named AMy who is the parts dept manager refuses to return my calls. We're in the process of preparing a lawsuit against them. We're out $1200, we can't return them, we cna't get a call back, they do not stand by ANY of their products. Worst customer service i've ever experienced. Beware, please do not shop here.

Customer service is absolutely excellent. A part on my chair broke, so I called them to request a new part. They answered my call promptly and courteously, and then immediately offered to send me the replacement part. My favorite part was they emailed me a picture of the part while we were on the phone to confirm it was the right part. Then they send me new caster wheels too. All at no charge and with absolutely no hassle.
I will gladly do business with BizChair.com again and highly recommend it!
WHAT A DISSAPOINTMENT. I ORDERED A DESK THAT ARRIVED ON TIME, BUT THE COLOR DID NOT MATCH THE DESCRIPTION-IT WAS WAY TOO LIGHTAND WOULD NOT GO IN OUR ROOM. WHEN I ASKED ABOUT THE RETURN POLICY-FREIGHT TO AND FROM + A 35% RESTOCK CHARGE! WHEN I EMAILED THEM BACK, THEY WERE NICE ENOUGH TO EMAIL ME THAT THE PEOPLE THEY PURCHASE FROM SET THE RESTOCK FEE, NOT THEM AND THEY WERE CLOSING THE REQUEST BUT I ONLY HAVE 90 DAYS. I'M BETTER OFF KEEPING IT AND TRYING TO STAIN IT A DIFFERENT COLOR. I AM IN THE WAREHOUSE BUSINESS 15-20% RESTOCK IS THE NORM. I WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS FIRST!

All was good, with the very minor exception that there were more parts to assemble than I anticpated when ordering. After placing my order online at 1 a.m. Thursday, the following Monday I received an e-mail that the item's price had changed from $40 to $60, even though the merchant's Web site STILL advertised a price of $40. When I called BizChair.com's customer service, all they gave were excuses: "We don't work on weekends," "It takes time to update the Web site," "That's not how it works in the real world," etc. (By the way, I had placed an order with another merchant at the same time and had already received the merchandise before getting BizChair's e-mail.) Ordering and receiving the chair was fine. I ordered a chair with casters. I received the chair, but NO casters. I called the company and asked them to send just the casters, I don't want to return the chair, just want the casters. Has only been two days, so can't say if they will arrive in a reasonable time frame or not. Read more

I was disappointed on a problem we had with damage. We ordered a total of 182 chairs and one chair had concealed damage. I should have inspected each chair at the time of delivery but I did not. I did not spot the damaged chair when it was delivered because the chairs were stacked and I did not notice the chair until they were unstacked a day later. When notified they said I signed off on the order therefore they felt they were not at fault and I understand that. But, After ordering that many chairs you would think that, as a goodwill gesture, they would replace the chair. I guess the name of the game is strictly business and companies don't care. Read more
