Never Purchase From Here Again! Cheap China Crap!

I bought some church chairs from Bizchair.com. The ordering process was fairly easy. They took my money and charged my account but failed to ship the product "next day" as advertised. When I called and asked they told me it was on its way. It was on its way... its way from China because I didn't get the chairs until 3 weeks later. When they finally arrived the parts on the chairs were broken! Then I called to return the product and that was just a nightmare in itself. They wanted me to pay for the shipping to and from Bizchair. I couldn't believe it! DONT BUY FROM BIZCHAIR!

Customer service is absolutely excellent.  A part on my chair broke, so I called them to request a new part.  They answered my call promptly and courteously, and then immediately offered to send me the replacement part.  My favorite part was they emailed me a picture of the part while we were on the phone to confirm it was the right part.  Then they send me new caster wheels too.  All at no charge and with absolutely no hassle.

I will gladly do business with BizChair.com again and highly recommend it!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

We ordered 12 Remedease combo wrist rests on 12/6/07. The charge cleared our credit card on 12/7/07. On 12/13 we called to see where are order was and we were told "it can take up to a month to be rec'd". We questioned why it didn't say anything about that on the website the response was "the owners don't want it posted". We called again on 12/20 and was told it was shipping that day. We called again on 1/2/08 and were told there was a warehouse error and it was shipping that day. We called again on 1/7/08 and were told they were in error in telling us it shipped, but it was shipping that day. I emailed today threatening to take legal action if I did not have a shipping receipt by today.

HORRIBLE company to deal with!

It was not possible to assemble either of the 2 chairs received - 1 was missing an essential part, the other had the wrong parts that didn't fit together (seat and/or tilt mechanism.) The merchant sent new parts, but one of the chairs still couldn't be assembled. We were so frustrated we didn't even try to assemble the other one with the new tilt mechanism because the chair back couldn't be affixed on the one we tried to assemble using the identical tilt mechanism. Merchant wants to send us more parts. We have no confidence that they will ship anything that will allow us to assemble the chairs, and only want to return them. Merchant states they will charge us for original (free?!!) shipping, plus we must pay to ship the items back, a total of over $100 for items we cannot assemble, much less use. Worst online purchasing experience I have ever had, bar none, out of hundreds of online purchases I have made over the years. Thoroughly disgusted and frustrated.

Received a damaged chair first time but it was clearly damaged in shipping. I called and was able to schedule a pickup the next day and a reship. New chair arrived in perfect shape. All things considered it was a good experience and a good value.

Items shipped from various locations. It would've been informative to have an expected shipment date posted on the order tracking. Instead, I had to phone customer service. However, customer services was excellent.
