Just has a problem with missing screws/bolts needed to put the chair together..called the company and theya re shipping out the required parts ASAP! Would buy from again!

The stool/chair arrived with a broken paddle handle (in my opinion, due to poor packaging by the manufacturer). It took four inquiries to get a reply. BizChair sent replacement part and I replaced it myself. All in all, the stool/chair was a fair price but BizChair's customer support was mediocre at best.

There was no order tracking available. After two or three days I finally sent an email inquiring about order status. It took two days to recieve a reply. I recieved the chair during that time. The reply stated it was being shipped by the manufacturer and they would let me know the progress. I had already recieved the chair. I never heard any more from customer service.

To answer #5 there was no tracking info provided.
To answer #2 The dresser top was scratched and there was a crack about 3" long. The worst part is that the damage did not happen during shipping. Other more fragile items were fine. So the top was packed and shipped in this condition.
