I would suggest using a smaller vehicle to transport chairs. The truck was so large I had to drive 8 miles to meet the driver and pick up my items. He was afraid the state roads wouldn't give him a place to turn around.

The order process was flawless. The product however needed to have some missing parts replaced, and is very well taken care of by Carroll Hillman, one of your CS - Reps. Thanks for checing though. Hope the matter will continue to go as smooth as it has thus far.

Tracking system non-existant. Bizchair kept sending e-mails with a tracking link that didn't work. Apparently it doesn't work until the order ships but they don't tell you that. Very frustrating! Then they sent me the wrong FedEx tracking number. Also, crdit card was charged a week before item shipped. Item arrived slightly damaged but it is just to big and heavy to send back so I will live with it. The only good thing was the low price.

BizChair.com had the product I was looking for at the price I wanted to pay. My only criticism was that I had to call them to find out the progress of my order and get tracking information and they in turn, had to call the manufacturer. This tracking should have been part of the process.

BizChair has an extensive product line and their site
is user friendly. I easily found what I was looking for.
I was call with shipping costs then sent my tracking number. I'd recommend BizChair and I will definitely use them again.

The product was great and the shipping was fast, but you have to contact custormer service for any order tracking. The order tracking on the website did not work. Overall, it was a good experience, and the product was excellent.
